Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

The accommodation (75 square meters) is completely renovated, furnished with passion and care. It runs through the entire house. On the south side, a shaded terrace and an enchanting garden will captivate you. Your baby is welcome. Unfortunately, I do not accept children from two years of age. The furniture and decor are always changing.

It is bright and quiet, and you have a beautiful view and access to the garden with a view of the lake and the mountains. My studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet.
