Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

By train, which is within walking distance, you can reach Cologne city center within 35 minutes (approx. 25 km). Direct highway access to the A61/A4. Shopping such as ALDI, LIDL, Netto & Trinkgut are within walking distance. The center of Bergheim can be reached after approx. 10 - 15 minutes' walk. Here you can find restaurants, Kaufland, DM, post office and many other shops.
