Our home is a former C18th Mill with backdrop of private woods overlooking Hahnenbach stream. Our Home is situated in a peaceful wildlife friendly garden within 15min walking distance to all of Kirn's local amenities & swimming pool. If you are a single guest, friends, a couple or group of 5, all are welcome and the guest floor is your private space. Any Bicycles, Motorbikes & Hiking Boots welcome too! (Our last review was 18 months ago, as we had to close due to personal reasons)

Our guest house is located in a winery building built around the end of the 19th century. Today, the winery is run by Markus Berres and his family. Our guest rooms and apartments are individually and modernly designed, of course with bathroom, toilet, Wi-Fi, smart TV and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You will find your wine for cozy evening hours while barbecuing on the terrace chilled from the temperature-controlled cabinet in the entrance area.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi + outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read the listing in full), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

Breakfast is available in our cosy wine café (for a fee if not booked).

The hosted part is in our newly renovated second floor consisting of a big social space with 140cm bed and separate bathroom. * In addition to coffee and tea making facilities in the room we would be happy to offer free breakfast to our new guests *

To my apartment it is to say that I live here That means. My offer is not a vacation rental but a normally occupied place to stay. When guests come, I move to my mother, one place away. My apartment is fully furnished You will find even food, Coffee, Tea and Milk. So the apartment is not sterile but lively. I offer a futon bed (140x200)and a sofa bed.
