Exelente apartamento... Francesco y Antonella siempre dispuestos y muy amables Todo lo necesario para la cocina...y tres dormitorios en suite impecables!!! Nos dejaron frutas y amenites para el desayuno. Nos sentimos como en casa ...totalmente lo recomendamos

L’appartamento di Nerissa corrisponde esattamente alle foto dell’annuncio, super pulito e ordinato. La posizione è perfetta sia per imbarcarsi per le Eolie sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Nerissa e suo marito ci hanno anche inviato suggerimenti su locali e attività nelle vicinanze. Inoltre l’appartamento è in uno stabile nuovo e il parcheggio all’interno del cortile è una super comodità che da un plus aggiuntivo. Altra nota di merito a nerissa che ci ha fatto trovare una vasta scelta di prodotti per fare la colazione e bevande fresche nel frigo!! Super! Sicuramente consigliamo a tutti di essere loro ospiti.

Teresa è stata una host impeccabile. Sempre sorridente e disponibile. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e la piscina è meravigliosa. Consiglio di prenotare con buon anticipo le escursioni alle Isole Eolie che sono raggiungibili anche partendo dal pontile di Patti Marina.

Contentissima , i signori che mi anno ricevuta sono delle bravissime persone , sono rimasta soddisfatta del tutto , ottima casa, pulizia e igiene

Ich war für etwas mehr als einen Monat zu Gast in der Unterkunft Balcone Crimaldi zu Gast und habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Zum Ausblick ist ja bereits viel geschrieben worden – es ist wirklich einmalig. Obwohl man hier fast jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann, wird es nicht langweilig. Die Stimmung und das Licht sind jedes Mal anders. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und das WLAN läuft verlässlich. Auch das Schlafzimmer und das Bad lassen keine Wünsche offen. San Marco D’Alunzio mit seinen verwinkelten, steilen Gassen hat eine absolut einmalige Atmosphäre. Wer gerne wandert, kann zudem von hier aus direkt starten und findet im Nebrodi-Park viele großartige Strecken. Ein Auto ist allerdings dennoch empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt zu Claudia und Sergio lief super. Sie waren für Fragen stets erreichbar und gaben mir gute Tipps zu Veranstaltungen im Ort – und einen hauseigenen Wein gab’s auch noch zum Probieren.

Marco's place was clean, bright, modern, and had lots of space. He equipped the kitchen with breakfast snacks of many kinds, cereal, great coffee - including fresh milk ready when we arrived - and each bedroom even had its own kettle and selection of teas and some treats. Marco made getting there easy and check-in a breeze. He answered questions quickly before and during the stay, and even checked how we were doing, halfway through our 4-night adventure. I would highly recommend Marco's place. Parking is usually available and we were a 5-10 minute drive to the duomo and centre of town.

Alloggio in buona posizione, comodo per il mare e ben accessoriato. Non adatto a persone con problemi di deambulazione in quanto al terzo piano senza ascensore .

Notre séjour chez Alessia s’est bien passé - appartement propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. La plage est accessible à pied - on entend un peu le train qui passe pas loin mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. On recommande !

Alberto is a terrific host! He provided detailed information with pictures which helped us locate parking and the apartment. Plus, he provided booklets on Milazzo’s history and things to see and do while visiting. Very helpful! Alberto met us upon arrival to walk us through the apartment. He made us feel so comfortable and was such a delight to speak with. The apartment was perfect. The location is a 10 minute walk to the castle, 10 minute walk to ferry, 5 minute walk to the grocery store, an excellent bakery and fruit market. The view from the front room window is amazing as you watch the sunrise and harbor boat traffic. We could have stayed longer and been very happy. You will not be disappointed. Alberto and his wife provide a wonderful apartment filled with amenities and special touches that make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Calogero was a very likeable and funny young guy. He spared no effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He was always available and responded immediately to our concerns. The process and communication were very easy. We really enjoyed our stay in his Airbnb - we'll definitely come back again.

ringrazio Ilenia è stata gentile e ci ha accolti benissimo, ci ha dato l'alloggio molto prima dell'orario del check-in. L'alloggio e molto carino e pulito con una cucina al piano terra. Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Très bel appartement très bien équipé, propre et entretenu. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anamaria qui est de bons conseils. Le piscine est super, en octobre un petit peu froide à notre goût. Parking privé fermé. Le seul petit bémol est le train qui passe au bout du jardin et le vis à vis de l’appartement du dessus; quand il y a du monde ils voient directement dans la piscine. Heureusement pour nous, personne en haut ni à côté ! Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci !

Nadie debe enfermar en sus vacaciones pero si le ocurre a alguien sabed que Giovanni va a ayudar en todo lo que pueda. Es un anfitrión encantador y amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar y eso es muy importantes cuando uno no se encuentra bien fuera de su país. Os ayudará con restaurantes deliciososos y además su casa es excelente como base para visitar las islas Eolias. Muy recomendable y muy agradecida♥️

הבית דו-מפלסי בסגנון מודרני , מעוצב בטוב-טעם ונעים מאד לשהות בו. מטבח מצויד היטב, מכונת כביסה, מייבש כביסה, ממש הרגשה של בית. סביבה שקטה מאד.

Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Segurament el millor airbnb en què mai hem estat. Les millors vistes de Lipari, un indret fantàstic. La casa, impecable i molt ben equipada. Però el millor de tot, l’amabilitat i l’atenció. Leonardo ens va venir a buscar al port, ens va acompanyar a recollir el cotxe de lloguer, ens va recomanar els millors llocs i ens va atendre com si fóssim amics o família. Ens vam sentir com a casa. Sens dubte, el millor lloc on allotjar-se a Lipari, el recomano a tothom!

non possiamo che lasciare una nota positiva, tutto è stato perfetto, host cordiale e disponibile, appartamento nuovo e pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario, posizione centrale, connessione internet ottima. consigliato!

Très bel appartement confortable et agréable, calme belle vue comme prévu, grandes pièces , proximité du port pour les excursions sur les îles éoliennes, pas trop loin du centre historique et des plages , au top!

Massimo e sua moglie sono stati dei host gentilissimi, ospitali e disponibilissimi. Il B&B si trova in una buona posizione,a circa 7 minuti dalla stazione e 10 minuti dal mare, è stata molto apprezzata anche la presenza della cucina in comune con un tavolino. Di fronte laa struttura c'è anche una pizzeria ed si trova nel centro della piccola cittadina. Per il mare è consigliato portare delle scarpette apposite dati i grandi sassi. È stato un piacere soggiornare lì.

Très bon séjour, appartement qui correspond bien aux photos et bien équipé. Réactivité de l'hôte par message. À proximité de Milazzo ce qui est appréciable pour une excursion sur les îles éoliennes notamment. Je recommande !

l'alloggio ha due camere molto grandi, in centro città. le camere sono luminose belle e perfette. la casa ha tutto e di più, il necessario ed il superfluo che diventa perfetto! Super consigliato per chiunque debba lavorare al teatro vittorio Emanuele di Messina! super vicino all'appartamento, ampio e spazioso

Estremamente soddisfatti dell'alloggio di Alessandro e Katia! c'era tutto il necessario e anche di più per sentirsi veramente a casa..Katia un Host eccezionale, attenta, precisa e premurosa..Consigliatissimo
