House vacation rentals in Vržnaveri

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

There was a small misunderstanding regarding the number of guests we had, otherwise everything was great. The place was clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything you need. Outside area was also great. Would stay there again :)

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's place and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open living room allows you to enjoy the moments together with the other guests in relaxation and in the most total comfort. Stefan is a great host, always available who has put us in the optimal condition to feel at home. Thanks!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The surrounding area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. At the pool, we couldn't figure out where to heat it, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect place to stay for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

there were four of us with a dog at the villa! a beautiful house with unheated, very clean pool! the garden is huge and fenced. Perfect for the four-legged friend! private parking with electric courtyard gate! Pure luxury! Very comfortable beds! the apartment was incredibly clean! no dust, nothing! cleaner than most hotels, even some 5 star houses are "dirty" if you want to call it that in this class! But the decor is definitely worth 5 stars. Very new, well-designed & sparkling clean Martina is almost always available and very friendly! She speaks good, understandable English and organizes contactless without her own presence! very pleasant if you don't know exactly when you will arrive! all interesting cities of Istria can be reached in half an hour, there are many supermarkets in 10 minutes by car! we will definitely be back! probably if it's a little warmer so you can get better in the pool too!

The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

Gorgeous flat right in the middle of old town Rovinj, but it was off the main streets so very quiet no matter what time of day. So spacious and tidy, and really felt at home there. Absolutely would stay again.

Nice apartment separate from main house with holiday apartments. Not super airy because it’s on the ground floor but totally ok for a few nights and you have a lovely private terrace. Liked the German 80s charm. City beach and old town of Porec in walking distance. Good communication and helpful host (didn’t meet Branko but his wife).

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Very nice surroundings, very quiet and, if you want, very secluded. Very good communication, very clean and well maintained. Great view.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house was very clean, communication was flawless and the price was absolutely worth it. The rooms were equipped as described, the Internet itself was very good at the pool, so working also worked very well. We'll be back! :)

Cozy , helpful , kind and thoughtful owner. We were in seven ,of which 4 adults and 3 children and we had a good time, quiet and beautiful place, in a few minutes we were at the sea , in the center of Porec, at the supermarkets.. so place also served well. In the evening it was beautiful to relax on the small terrace with a cool climate and the sky full of stars, we had a good time and we recommend it to those who are really looking for tranquility and relaxation, we hope to return soon 🥰🤗🤩✨

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

Very well equipped house with everything you’ll need, sea is surprisingly well visible from the house, pool and outdoor space is great, plenty of room inside the house for evenings and rainy times

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Very nice accommodation to enjoy the vacation in peace. In the house there is everything, just great!
