The Veerse Meer is on the other side of the dike, with plenty of opportunity for water sports.

Studio dune house, 100m to the beach

Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

Complete 4-person home. We renovated this home downstairs at the beginning of 2021 & everything upstairs in January 2022. Come and enjoy our home. Within walking distance of the beach & sea! Westkapelle is located on the westernmost point of Walcheren. Surrounded by sea & beaches.. Domburg & Zoutelande are about 5 to 6 km from here. Nice to visit the towns on foot or by bike. Middelburg is the cultural capital, the picturesque town of Veere or the maritime city of Vlissingen.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. The vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the beach. The cozy village center is about 300 meters walk, and the supermarket is also within walking distance. The car can be parked in the driveway. The sliding door at the front is the front door, the picnic table belongs to the cottage and at the back is a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. The bedrooms have box spring beds, and a crib can be added. High chair and stair gate, etc. are provided.
