Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Downtown and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. Renovated in 2025! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
