It is situated in a quiet neighborhood accessible by public transport, very close to Piazzale Caio Mario where there are buses and trams that allow you to reach the city center in 30 minutes. It is located near Stellantis, Inalpi Arena, Olympic Stadium, University of Economics, Lingotto, Eataly, Automobile Museum.

The magnolia house is a two-room apartment with a large outdoor space equipped for relaxation, suitable for singles or couples. The kitchen area has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a separate sleeping area. The apartment also offers the necessary comfort in summer thanks to the presence of mosquito nets and air conditioning. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (bedroom with a French double bed) and 2 children/teenagers (on the sofa bed in the living room).

The apartment is in a strategic location to fully enjoy the city. In the San Salvario district, a few meters from the Valentino Park, you can walk to the center in 10 minutes, the Porta Nuova station and you will find everything you need: bars, restaurants and the metro. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and has maintained its original structure with the exposed bricks that make it cozy, unique and very quiet as it is located in an interior courtyard
