Villa vacation rentals in Volos

We had an excellent stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to our requests and was very friendly. We would stay here again. We loved the private beach just steps away. The view was awesome. Thank you!

Περάσαμε 1 τέλειο σ/κ. Βασικά όλα ξεκίνησαν από την στιγμή που μας υποδέχτηκε ο οικοδεσπότης μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε ανετα κ φιλικά. Το σπίτι 🏡 άνετο καθαρό κ σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Θέρμανση με φυσικό αέριο πάντα ζεστό νερό καθαρές πετσέτες. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα. Μέχρι και κάψουλες για καφέ είχαμε. Εννοείται θα το ξαναπεί σκεφτούμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Η Natali ήταν ευγενική και μας βοήθησε με προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Το χωριό της κάτω Γατζέας είναι μικρό και ήσυχο. Έχει εστιατόρια και η σχέση του με τη θάλασσα πολύ καλή. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και οι φωτογραφίες ακριβείς. Η θέση του μοναδική, με θέα προς τον Παγασητικό. Η αυλή καλόγουστα διαμορφωμένη με λουλούδια χωρίς υπερβολές και επιτηδεύσεις. Ο εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού ήταν πλήρης. Θα το επέλεγα και για μελλοντική επίσκεψη στο Πήλιο.

Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy villa surrounded by nature. The house was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was spotless upon arrival. The host was welcoming, responsive, and ensured we had a smooth experience from start to finish. The children especially loved exploring the outdoors, while the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

We spent great time at this Vila. George and his parents were super friendly and greeted us with Greek treats. The place is beautiful and pristine. My family’s flight was one day delayed and we didn’t make it to George’s place on the first night. He was very understanding and offered us to stay another night with no additional expenses. Great experience overall 😄

Xara was a fantastic host, always responsive and went over and above to make us feel at home. The location is amazing, one of the best rentals in Pelion, right on the beach and next to a cafe and restaurant. A must stay!

Μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα! Υπήρχε άνεση, ιδιωτικότητα, έχει δύο μπάνια και εξυπηρετεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό όταν είστε πολλά άτομα. Ήταν όλα καθαρά, υπήρχε κλιματιστικό που κάλυπτε εξαιρετικά όλο το σπίτι. Κεράσματα για το welcome. Το μόνο που ίσως θα πρότεινα σε αρχάριους οδηγούς είναι ο δρόμος προς το σπίτι. Σε ορισμένα σημεία είναι στενός και με μια ανηφόρα αλλά εμάς τουλάχιστον δε μας δημιούργησε πρόβλημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την κ.Αννα για την εξυπηρέτηση της και τις οδηγίες της 💙

Άφιξη πολύ νωρίτερα της κράτησης, φυσικά χωρίς πρόβλημα από τον οικοδεσπότη κ. Νίκο. Τοποθεσία ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο κ. Νίκος είχε προνοησει να αφήσει ανοιχτά air condition και καλοριφέρ έτσι ο χωρίς ήταν πολύ ζεστός. Άμεση απόκριση σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Το συστήνουμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! If this Villa and host was a restaurant it would have a Michelin star!!! Chris was always available over the phone whenever we needed him for recommendations etc, he was very proactive and bought us nice treats now and again during our stay which made things extra special. He was even there to help when my partner got a little ill from sunstroke which made us feel very safe and well looked after he honestly couldn't of done more for us!! there isn't anything I can think of that Chris hasn't around the villa it is honestly absolutely stunning!! please book!!!! u won't regret a single thing!! the views are stunning also and have the best of the sea view and mountain. Must try the mezen place also its fantastic!! and cheap!! Missing it so much already!!

The house is simply spectacular! Situated nicely few minutes away from Portaria, it took us less than 20’ to get to the ski center; the views of Pagasitikos bay are simply amazing. The interior is beatifully decorated, it is evident this was done with care, good taste & attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean, with the house offering all necessary amenities to secure a pleasant stay. Communication with Johny and his sister Elli has been flawless, while the check-in/out with their housekeeper Krasi seamless. All in all, I would recommend Johny’s house in a heartbeat!

מיקום מצוין, קרוב לחוף הים, דרך מעט מאתגרת, אבל עבירה. מארחת מקסימה, המקום היה נקי והיה בו מה שצריך. במרחק כ-10 דקות נסיעה היה סופרמרקט שיש בו כמעט הכל. וכמובן חוף הים

The property was beautiful, peaceful, and amazing. Swimming every day in the pool listening to the birds was incredible. We were sad to leave and will miss the villa.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι για παρέα ότι πρέπει !αρκετές παροχές που μας βοήθησαν στο να περάσουμε ωραία ! Πάντα φιλική εξυπηρέτηση οπότε χρειάστηκε και μας περίμεναν νόστιμα τοπικά προϊόντα ! Η περιοχή ήσυχη μέσα στη φύση αλλά πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια κ καφέ ! Πολύ καλή επιλογή για το Πήλιο !

The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is excellent — peaceful, convenient, and surrounded by nature. Our host was helpful and provided us with lots of useful information, which we really appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

Excellent location in Kissos. There are cafeterias, restaurants and mini markets for groceries. The nature around the house is amazing and the house itself is cozy, spacious and better than the photos. Nikos was more than friendly and accommodating. I would surely visit again and definitely recommend to everybody

One of our best airBNB experiences so far (and we’ve had quite a few great ones!). It was so good, almost tempted to keep it all to our selves :) The place itself is nothing less than astonishing. A vila with your own private top-notch pool in a beautiful garden taken from a movie seen, accompanied with the perfect mountain and sea scenery. But this is only the beginning. The hosts, oh the hosts….. Kostas and his lovely wife took us (me, my wife and our two children) in as if we were family, catering to our every need, surrounding us with care and lots of treats and giving us that warm fuzzy feeling. This was a perfect family vacation (great for couples as well), and we can’t wait to come back!

Een heerlijke plek als je met een grote familie bent of groep mensen. De tuin is super om in te verblijven en het zwembad is fantastisch. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. Ook alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontzettend aardig en communicatief. Je kan alleen niet makkelijk naar het strand lopen in verband met een drukke weg waar het huis aan ligt. Je moet dan de auto pakken. Alle mooie stranden en leuke plekken liggen heel dicht in de buurt.

We had a magical time in Olga's house! The first thing that struck us was the natural coolness on what was a series of very hot days (about 40 degrees C). It's built so that air circulates through. The second thing is that it's a home and not just a rental property. It's clear that Olga and her family have spent a lot of time here, and it feels as comfortable and well-equipped as your own home would be. Everything is meticulously clean and organised. The location is beautiful, with an amazing view over the city of Volos below. The garden is an oasis of green and colourful flowers. The terrace has a stone table that is in the shade all day long thanks to an overhanging tree and the strategically placed parasol. The pool is simply stunning, and a good size for our 6-person family. The water in the house comes from the mountain spring and is super clean and delicious. The picturesque village of Portaria is a 15-minute walk up the hill, and has a number of good restaurants. Olga was very easy to communicate with - we did this through the AirBnB chat function as well as Whatsapp, in German. We would advise that you use a car rather than a van if possible, as the drive is quite steep.

Michael is friendly, cooperative, his house is nice and beautiful with great scenery and views to the olive groves and the sea. It felt great. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Essential you drive to the house via Milies. The house is old style/traditional, very comfortable and well equipped with lovely views, especially from the upstairs balcony, over the sea in the distance. The pool is at the front of the house, alongside the little road, and there are neighbouring properties. This did not worry us but may not be for you if you are after more seclusion and privacy. The pool is very welcome in the heat; my husband enjoyed the challenge and exercise of clearing the leaves out of the pool with the net (there is a line of trees) whenever the wind blew. You can easily walk to the pizza restaurant at the top of the lane and an additional 20 min walk (uphill in places) takes you to six restaurants in the village. Our favourite beach was Papa Nero: car park at the end of Agios Ioannis then walk along to Papa Nero which has coarse sand and is excellent for swimming. There are several supermarkets here too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time here.

Andreas and Mary are lovely hosts and made us feel at home from the first momentBefore the arriva, Andreas send us specific instructions for getting to the house. Whenever we needed something, they were very responsive, and kind.. The house is located in a beautiful spot with marvelous views. Most of the time we used our car to visit the beaches and the restaurants, but it is not very complicated to walk down and up the cliff with the stairs. The private pool is a great bonus and when we wanted to stay at home it was a great alternative for the beach. The house as nets for all the windows so it is nice to feel the evening breeze.
