A 37-square-meter apartment in a central spot of Volos, 200 meters from the General Hospital of Volos Achillopouleio. 300 meters from the National Stadium of Volos, the swimming pool and the indoor basketball gym EAK. Very close to the bus stop and the supermarket AB Vassilopoulos. The distance from the center is an 8-minute walk and 5 minutes from the beach... It has all the amenities. Air conditioning, French coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, TV, Netflix, iron, hairdryer.
