Parking behind the house and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast , lunch or dinner, gourmet and fondue are not allowed due to odour nuisance for the next guests. Our house is 30 minutes from the center Nijmegen, 40 minutes from the center Eindhoven and Den Bosch.

Once the train ran here from Boxtel to Wesel. Today there is a nice hiking trail through nature reserve Houtvennen. Our guesthouse is in the middle of this area! We call it B&B because you will be served a royal breakfast after each night at our place. At the same time, it is a cozy holiday home with all the privacy in an area where you can go hiking, biking and also relax.

A gem on Airbnb! After some searching, I found this B&B. The contact with Nicholas was pleasant and very proactive and especially Nicholas' thinking along was pleasant. The B&B itself is great, everything is nice and clean and fresh with lots of light. Everything has been thought of. When Nicholas told me that they had just opened, I looked extra critically to see if anything was missing, but I couldn't find anything. From handy places to put your toiletry bag to towels in the kitchen. Everything has been thought of! I especially liked sleeping in the bed. Crisp white linens and soft blankets. Ultimately, it's all about the bed and a good night's sleep when staying in a B&B. In short, highly recommended for a nice stay!

We had an all-around great stay at the house! The location is fantastic – detached with a beautiful view, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The house is very comfortably furnished and stocked with anything you might need. Especially the fireplace provided a really pleasant atmosphere in the evenings. The contact was also great – fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. You felt immediately welcome. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the house! Thank you 🤩

2 wonderful days spent in this fantastic BnB. It looked super nice and clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location because of the train station next to the accommodation, so you can be in Nijmegen in no time. On the other hand, the train traffic is not audible, ideal! Communication with the host was also perfect, responded quickly and friendly. Highly recommended to stay here!

A lovely cottage! Especially with a small child of two. An enclosed garden with playground equipment, lots of toys and books in the house, even a dresser with changing pad, a high chair, a camping bed with good mattress, children's cutlery, potty, children's bath, etc. Furthermore, a nice sofa, good beds, Nespresso machine and a quiet place. In short, with all the comforts. Evelien and Tommy respond quickly and have great tips for the area. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back!
