We had a great stay! Located in a top location – quiet and at the same time close to the highway, so perfect for transit. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired: everything is very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The size of the apartment was also ideal – you immediately feel comfortable. We would especially like to highlight the incredibly nice and helpful host, who was always available and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a problem with the car – she helped us immediately, contacted acquaintances and supported us superbly. We're really grateful for that! Another big plus is the private parking right in front of the Airbnb – very convenient. We will definitely be happy to come back – absolutely recommended!

The apartment was very nice and stylish. Everything worked smoothly and we felt comfortable. The two parking spaces were particularly practical. Communicating with the host was easy and quick. The view from the apartment was also really nice from all sides. Overall a very pleasant stay in Würzburg :)

We had a great time in Claudia's beautiful apartment! The lakeside location is wonderfully idyllic and the apartment is very modern and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Claudia has always responded to messages in a friendly and prompt manner. We can fully recommend Claudia and her apartment and would love to come back!

I stayed with Katja for a weekend with friends for the second time. It was beautiful again 🤩 the vineyards in autumn are wonderful for hiking from the front door away - several options. The apartment was clean and well maintained again, everything there. Bread service offered. Nice hostess with good tips. We'd love to come back 😉

The location is very good. A tip: you can also reach the Schlosspark from the side of the street Am Schloßpark at house number 60. The apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped.

The apartment is nicely decorated, well laid out, has plenty of storage space and is spacious for 2 people. We felt very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Even on the hot days, the temperatures in the apartment were pleasant.

Very nice and clean accommodation, tastefully furnished and fully equipped in a quiet location. We felt right at home. Hassle-free communication, Michael and Birgit are very friendly and accommodating hosts. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.

We were guests of Herbert and his family over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was beautiful, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness – everything was really very clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcome, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the place!

Amazing place to stay right in the heart of Würzburg - within a few minutes walk you’re right at the center of the city. We were able to find either street parking or parkade parking very close by to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The three of us spent a weekend in the nice bright and quiet apartment. The apartment is spacious and it is, except for a few small things, everything you need. The apartment is neat, in the bathroom there are minor beauty defects here and there that did not bother us very much. The exchange with the host was great! Fast, friendly and even responded to an extra request without ifs and buts. Excellent 👍🏼 From the apartment you can explore Kitzingen wonderfully. A truly beautiful little town. Restaurants & cafes are numerous. We recommend breakfast at Cafe Konrad❤️. All in all we had a great girls weekend. Thanks so much

Great place to stay, close to shops and restaurants….

The accommodation was so emotional and cozy as shown in the photos. You also provided plenty of towels with a nice scent, and especially the bathroom and kitchen were clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The location is not far from the city center, so it was not inconvenient to walk, and the parking lot is perfectly prepared. I was so happy and satisfied to be able to capture the serene landscape of Würzburg from the charming balcony.

It was a nice stopover on our trip from Hamburg to Garmisch. We felt comfortable and were able to take a nice hike directly from the apartment.

A great place to stay for a Bamberg weekend. Everything is really available in terms of equipment. If you arrive late, you should definitely use the parking spaces in the underground garage. We will be back next year!!!

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honor – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Already at check-in we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care that we felt comfortable. When she learned that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you so much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!

Very nice and helpful family, whose great garden could be shared. Especially for small children, there were many great play opportunities both indoors and outdoors.

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation was as described. Nearby is also a bus stop with a good connection to the city. We will be happy to come back!
