we had an amazing time in Nikos his villa. the place is enormous and even more beautiful than on the pictures. very close by are 2 mini markets with the necessary stuff and there are good restaurants close by. the shipwreck viewpoint is very close by. unfortunately it was cloudy during our stay but otherwise I am certain the sunset would have been amazing as well! one note, there are 3 bedrooms but 2 of them upstairs are quite Light as there are windows close to the ceiling which cannot be covered. the bedroom downstairs though is perfect. thank you Nikos for this amazing place!!

Wow!! This place was amazing! The home matches the description and even better in person. Denia was wonderful! She arranged a taxi service from and to the airport and a private boat excursion. The home is very comfortable with lots of space. Would love to come back again! Thanks you for a fabulous time!

The hospitality was out of this world. We arrived quite late in the evening, but were still greeted with a warm smile. Never felt more welcome! The villa was very clean and spacious and the fridge was full of drinks and foods on arrival. The neighbourhood was very calm and cozy too. Thank you very much to Antreas and his family, we would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to visit Zakynthos.

Top Haus. Modern und sauber. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Lage ist sehr abgelegen dafür aber sehr ruhig mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Ein Auto ist bei der Lage jedoch wichtig. Sehr freundliche und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin. Für Familien und Pärchen die einen ruhigen Trip haben wollen absolut großartig.

A lovely home. Roads are fairly narrow right there at it, but we didn’t have any trouble because there was limited traffic. The owner met us at the house to let us in late at night. We booked the same day we arrived and they were extremely flexible. They even brought us water bottles. We did have trouble navigating the hot water for showers. It’s possible we just didn’t listen well enough to the process as it was explained to us, but the next morning we were not able to get warm showers although the night before the water was warm. The exterior of the home was unsuspecting and we were pleasantly surprised with the interior. It looked like the pictures. I would not let the exterior of the home, deter you from staying here at all. We heard some chickens in the night and learned the next morning they were right outside the window. You may hear a dog barking too. There was a distant view of the sea from the balcony. It’s also really easy access to things to do in the area.

Wir hatten das große Glück, eine Woche in Kostas’ traumhaftem Beachhaus verbringen zu dürfen und was sollen wir sagen…Es war mehr als ein Aufenthalt, es war ein Ankommen. Kostas ist nicht nur ein Gastgeber, er ist ein Mensch mit Herz , bei dem man vom ersten Moment an spürt, dass es seine Berufung ist, anderen das Leben schöner zu machen. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen . durchdacht, liebevoll ausgestattet, in perfekter Lage. Es fehlt an nichts. Und doch schenkt es so viel: Ruhe, Schönheit, Nähe zur Natur und dieses seltene Gefühl von echtem Zuhause auf Zeit. Wir haben die Insel, das Licht, das Meer und diese Unterkunft in vollen Zügen genossen ..‘eine Woche voller Leichtigkeit, Sonnenstrahlen und dankbarer Stille. Wenn es 10 Sterne gäbe ,wir würden sie vergeben. Und wiederkommen. Ganz sicher.

We have stayed in this beautiful villa for two nights....I wish we had it booked longer. The property is located in a remote but picturesque village, Ano Volimes. The most visited tourist attraction, shipwreck beach is just a 4km drive from there, making it a perfect base to discover the north part of the island. Check in was really smooth, we were welcomed by Stratos and Boris with huge hospitality. The house is beautiful and well equipped, everything is still brand new. It has a nice terrace with BBQ, and the jazuzzi is a nice addition to make your relaxation full. This property is ideal who wants to avoid the touristic towns of the southern parts and seek a more relaxed, quiet and idyllic environment for their holiday. In order to reach the property and getting around, a car is highly recommended. For dinners we can recommend nearby tavernas, especially 'Kaminaki', which is just around the corner. We had a great time overall, this place is definitely worth to visit. Thanks again!!!

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

We really enjoyed time in Villa Anait, we were pleased by the hospitality of Alex and welcoming food. The villa by itself is very fresh , stylish, modern and big enough for a family of 4. A place where you want to come back. We were happy to spent our vacation at your place!

We had the best time in Bedrock,loved the peaceful atmosphere and being surrounded by the olive trees.The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated.Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home!Spiros communication was seamless and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.He provided excellent tips on local eateries and beaches.Airport transport was arranged and the host was flexible with our checkout time. Spiros stocked the kitchen with essentials and welcomed us with a delicious wine, fresh fruits and water.All essentials were provided and fully equipped. The villa is safe and well located, short distance to the beaches and tavernas. You can hear the sound of waves from the villa at night. The pool was maintained and the villa got cleaned up couple of time during our stay. Thank you very much Spiros and your wife for the hospitality and we hope to come back soon!This villa and the host is highly recommended

Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

We had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Zakynthos! From even before the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, with nearby access to beaches and the city center. What really made this stay special was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. We were even given local recommendations that made our trip so much better than we could have planned ourselves. We can't recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tasos Villa. It was a beautifull house which looked just like the pictures and better. If you want to relax this Villa is for you, as there are no neighbours or what so ever. Next to this, Tasos is a really nice host and is willing to help 24/7

By far one of the best stays we have ever had!! The villa was beautiful and had all we needed and more for a group of 8. Harry made our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand with advice, support and goodies. We would recommend anyone to stay at Muthee and experience Harry and Annas unbelievable hospitality. Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking surroundings! We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool area, which offered incredible mountain views while still feeling completely private and peaceful. The outdoor space was beautifully designed and truly the highlight of our stay. Inside, the house was equally impressive, with thoughtful little touches throughout that made everything feel extra special. The host was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, one of the most beautiful air bnbs we have stayed in.

Wat een mooie villa! Alles aan dit verblijf was fantastisch. Alexis is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het contact verloopt heel makkelijk. 's Ochtends in de zon in alle rust ontbijten aan het zwembad met uitzicht op de bergen, wat een goed begin van de dag! De villa is prachtig, alles is brandschoon, er zijn mooie materialen gebruikt. Het zwembad is echt genieten, zelfs eind april was het al warm genoeg om te zwemmen. Er zijn veel zitjes en ligbedden in de tuin, zodat er altijd keuze is tussen schaduw en zon. Volledig uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden, mooie badkamers. De locatie is ook ideaal, centraal gelegen waardoor je alle kanten op kan. We hebben het erg gewaardeerd dat er om de paar dagen werd schoongemaakt en er een grote stapel schone handdoeken werd gebracht, daardoor blijft de villa fris. Heerlijk plekje om tot rust te komen, wij hebben echt genoten. Zeer aanbevolen!

AMAZING VILLA! Would 10/10 stay again and recommend! Hosts were very friendly and always helpful, as a large group of 8 we had no issues. The villa is a little far from the main strips but the villa itself is absolutely great and lives up to the pictures shown! Definitely will book again!

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Recos: Our favorite restaurants (all a 2 minute drive from the house): Nobelos, Skinos, The Old Windmill Favorite Beach: Wolf Rocks Beach Stop reading this and book the place!

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.

We’ve had an amazing family holiday at Villa Verde and EVERYTHING about it exceeded our expectations. Dimitris met us on arrival for a quick tour of the villa and outside areas. The Villa itself has everything you could want and more. It is comfortable, modern and clean. We were welcomed with a beautiful fruit platter, fresh bread, milk, water and lots of pantry items. The outside area is absolutely stunning - the beautifully planted areas, outdoor BBQ, dining area and the views are spectacular. The pool was cleaned daily for us, very early and we weren’t disturbed. The villa was cleaned mid week with bedding and towels changed. We had some lovely food at Amoudi Restaurant and Rua Mat, both recommended by Dimitris. Dimitris was attentive and checked in on us via messaging a few times to check we had everything we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Villa Verde if you are looking for a peaceful, high end haven all to yourselves. We would love to return one day.

Without a doubt the most fantastic Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking—sunrises that will stay with us forever. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a full kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The beds are dreamy, the sofa is perfect for lounging after a beach day, and the showers feel like a spa experience. Our host was absolutely charming and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The nearby village is just 10 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. We especially recommend La Grotta—a cozy spot with truly delicious food. And don’t miss Paolo Corners for the best gyros on the island (and the kindest people!). It was our first time visiting, and we highly recommend exploring the whole island. T

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Angeliki’s place. The house was spotless and very new. The views were spectacular and the beds comfortable. We had a bit of a delay getting there but her mom, Anastasia was waiting for us until midnight to let us in and give us info about the house. Angeliki was always very responsive whenever I had any questions and was quick to give suggestions for places to eat, etc. If you’re considering a stay here, please be aware that a car is a must because the house is located in a remote part of the island. Thank you so much Angeliki for being a great host and making our stay a memorable one!

Die Villa war eine wunderschöne Wahl für meinen Urlaub mit der Familie. Ganz viel Platz, ein tolles Pool und ganz viel Küchenutensilien (inkl.Grillzeug) vorhanden. Wir haben den atemberaubenden Blick und die Ruhe genossen. Das Team, was das Haus betreut, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Lebensmittel unproblematisch bestellt und liefern lassen. Das Putzteam war,meiner Meinung nach,ungenau (das Geschirr haben wir selbst sauber gemacht und Spinnennetze entfernt). Man braucht ein Auto, um zum Strand/Lokale zu kommen. Das muss man beachten. Aber im Allgemein, ist die Ruhe und Atemberaubende Location - das,was die Villa besonders auszeichnet. Danke an Charlotte und das Team für eine unvergessliche Zeit!
