What a stunning place, great team behind it, the views are amazing. Would highly recommend!

The hospitality was out of this world. We arrived quite late in the evening, but were still greeted with a warm smile. Never felt more welcome! The villa was very clean and spacious and the fridge was full of drinks and foods on arrival. The neighbourhood was very calm and cozy too. Thank you very much to Antreas and his family, we would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to visit Zakynthos.

Top house. Modern and clean. All equipment worked perfectly. Location is very secluded but very quiet with a fantastic view. However, a car is important in the location. Very friendly and easily accessible hosts. For families and couples who want a quiet trip absolutely great.

A lovely home. Roads are fairly narrow right there at it, but we didn’t have any trouble because there was limited traffic. The owner met us at the house to let us in late at night. We booked the same day we arrived and they were extremely flexible. They even brought us water bottles. We did have trouble navigating the hot water for showers. It’s possible we just didn’t listen well enough to the process as it was explained to us, but the next morning we were not able to get warm showers although the night before the water was warm. The exterior of the home was unsuspecting and we were pleasantly surprised with the interior. It looked like the pictures. I would not let the exterior of the home, deter you from staying here at all. We heard some chickens in the night and learned the next morning they were right outside the window. You may hear a dog barking too. There was a distant view of the sea from the balcony. It’s also really easy access to things to do in the area.

Lovely house squeaky clean. Host was extremely helpful, allowed early check in and late check out despite having next guests arriving in the afternoon. He also arranged car hire and gave some excellent recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay and to Irene for keeping the entire area beautifully clean including the bbq. We very much hope to return again early autumn. Maura & Bob

We were very lucky to spend a week in Kostas' fantastic beach house and what can we say...It was more than a stay, it was an arrival. Kostas is not just a host, he is a person with a heart, where you can feel from the first moment that it is his vocation to make life more beautiful for others. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired. well thought-out, lovingly equipped, in the perfect location. There's nothing missing. And yet it gives so much: peace, beauty, closeness to nature and this rare feeling of a real home away from home. We enjoyed the island, the light, the sea and this accommodation to the fullest... a week full of lightness, sunshine and grateful silence. If there were 10 stars, we'd give them. And come back. Absolutely.

We have stayed in this beautiful villa for two nights....I wish we had it booked longer. The property is located in a remote but picturesque village, Ano Volimes. The most visited tourist attraction, shipwreck beach is just a 4km drive from there, making it a perfect base to discover the north part of the island. Check in was really smooth, we were welcomed by Stratos and Boris with huge hospitality. The house is beautiful and well equipped, everything is still brand new. It has a nice terrace with BBQ, and the jazuzzi is a nice addition to make your relaxation full. This property is ideal who wants to avoid the touristic towns of the southern parts and seek a more relaxed, quiet and idyllic environment for their holiday. In order to reach the property and getting around, a car is highly recommended. For dinners we can recommend nearby tavernas, especially 'Kaminaki', which is just around the corner. We had a great time overall, this place is definitely worth to visit. Thanks again!!!

I really enjoyed this place. The landlords were so super nice and helpful. It was also no problem at all that I got a visit at short notice. The apartment was also cleaned and you received a really great welcome package at the beginning. I felt very comfortable throughout and enjoyed the stay very much.

We really enjoyed time in Villa Anait, we were pleased by the hospitality of Alex and welcoming food. The villa by itself is very fresh , stylish, modern and big enough for a family of 4. A place where you want to come back. We were happy to spent our vacation at your place!

We had the best time in Bedrock,loved the peaceful atmosphere and being surrounded by the olive trees.The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated.Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home!Spiros communication was seamless and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.He provided excellent tips on local eateries and beaches.Airport transport was arranged and the host was flexible with our checkout time. Spiros stocked the kitchen with essentials and welcomed us with a delicious wine, fresh fruits and water.All essentials were provided and fully equipped. The villa is safe and well located, short distance to the beaches and tavernas. You can hear the sound of waves from the villa at night. The pool was maintained and the villa got cleaned up couple of time during our stay. Thank you very much Spiros and your wife for the hospitality and we hope to come back soon!This villa and the host is highly recommended

Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

We had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Zakynthos! From even before the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, with nearby access to beaches and the city center. What really made this stay special was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. We were even given local recommendations that made our trip so much better than we could have planned ourselves. We can't recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed our stay at Tasos Villa. It was a beautifull house which looked just like the pictures and better. If you want to relax this Villa is for you, as there are no neighbours or what so ever. Next to this, Tasos is a really nice host and is willing to help 24/7

Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking surroundings! We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool area, which offered incredible mountain views while still feeling completely private and peaceful. The outdoor space was beautifully designed and truly the highlight of our stay. Inside, the house was equally impressive, with thoughtful little touches throughout that made everything feel extra special. The host was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, one of the most beautiful air bnbs we have stayed in.

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

Beautiful private villa. Spectacular views. We arrived by late flight past midnight with elderly parents. Although we let Themis know in advance we didn’t know we could have asked him for a few basic groceries to greet us and get us started. Very successful week’s stay. Thank you Themis.

Harrys’ villa was excellent. The place was beautiful and very clean. There is a great view with a pool that comes right up to the edge of the villa. The air conditioning was strong (great for me and my wife because we like it cold at night). What really stood out was Harrys himself though. He is a wonderful, responsive host. He was there to check us in and brought us US wall adapters for our electronics. When my wife needed to do her hair, he brought over a straightener for us. He gave us a dinner recommendation to Prosilio’s (recommend!) and called the owner to let him know we were coming. When we got there, the owner greeted us and offered us a free dessert on the house. Harrys really made our stay incredible and demonstrated that famous Greek hospitality. 10/10 would recommend and will likely go again.

Wow! what a beautiful villa - one of the best we have stayed in. It was modern, stylish, clean and everything had been thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and BBQ area were also to a very high standard. The pool was cleaned every morning. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring the whole island. The owners did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Great information on places to visit were sent prior to arrival which were useful. Fruit and wine provided on arrival and sweets on departure was a kind gesture and much appreciated. If we were to return to Zante we would stay here without hesitation.

An amazing week in the villa during August 2024. We are a family of 6 (children aged 8-14) and the villa was perfect for us. Very close and walkable (under 10 mins) to: - everything you need for self catering - restaurants - beaches - boat hire The rooms are beautifully designed so there is privacy throughout the house. The outdoor areas are dreamy. Excellent WiFi. Perfect BBQ. The pool is very special too- endless games of Marco Polo! Also….that view!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had the most amazing week in Aria villa. It was paradise on earth. Beautifully designed and well laid out. Extremely comfortable with everything that we needed. The location is second to none. Very tranquil and with the most incredible views. The pool was gorgeous and the garden is so pretty. Dimitrios was a legend. Always on hand to answer our questions and so helpful. He wants you to have the perfect holiday and he works very hard to make that happen. I honestly cannot think of any way that we could have enjoyed ourselves more. Evenings were my favourite, seeing the goats eating the olive trees, the sound of their bells, and for me the scent of all the wild herbs … just the best experience. You get what you pay for. A perfectly magical, tranquil, calming experience. You must have a car though!

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Recos: Our favorite restaurants (all a 2 minute drive from the house): Nobelos, Skinos, The Old Windmill Favorite Beach: Wolf Rocks Beach Stop reading this and book the place!

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.

Without a doubt the most fantastic Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking—sunrises that will stay with us forever. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a full kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The beds are dreamy, the sofa is perfect for lounging after a beach day, and the showers feel like a spa experience. Our host was absolutely charming and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The nearby village is just 10 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. We especially recommend La Grotta—a cozy spot with truly delicious food. And don’t miss Paolo Corners for the best gyros on the island (and the kindest people!). It was our first time visiting, and we highly recommend exploring the whole island. T

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Angeliki’s place. The house was spotless and very new. The views were spectacular and the beds comfortable. We had a bit of a delay getting there but her mom, Anastasia was waiting for us until midnight to let us in and give us info about the house. Angeliki was always very responsive whenever I had any questions and was quick to give suggestions for places to eat, etc. If you’re considering a stay here, please be aware that a car is a must because the house is located in a remote part of the island.
