Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Volda Municipality

We stayed in this house with a group of 8 people, and it was perfect for us. The area is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The house was clean and well-kept. The host was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions on how to use all the equipment in the house. You’ll find everything you need here—from dishes to towels and bed linens. The price was very reasonable compared to other Airbnb options in the area. If we had the chance, we would definitely come back. Thank you for the warm welcome!❤️

Boligen bærer preg av å være umoderne, men dette stod i en tidligere anmeldelse og var noe vi var forberedt på. Ellers svarte verten alltid raskt på spørsmål, og det var nok av plass til alle i reisefølget (3 voksne, 2 ungdommer, 2 barn). Vi hadde alt vi trengte for en fin helg i Volda.

Finere, større og varmere hus enn vi trodde, så det ble en positiv overraskelse. Mange rom ga mange muligheter. Godt utstyrt, fin utsikt og kjappe svar fra verten. Vi hadde et supert opphold!

Vi hadde en fantastisk helg hos Kjersti i Volda. Anbefaler sterkt denne plasseringen og dette fine hjemmet! Håper på å få komme tilbake :)

Veldig hyggelige verter som strekker seg langt for at gjestene skal føle seg godt ivaretatt. Stedet er nyoppusset og av høy standard! Plassen er fantastisk vakker! Anbefales!

We had a very nice stay in Dalsfjord. Lovely weather for walking, fishing and enjoying the fjord from the bay. Good communication with Jørn and Anne:)

Very nice apartment for a very affordable price. The apartment was very good with a comfortable bed. We missed a microwave and a water boiler because we have a small kid that is 1.5 years. And there is no TV also. Except for that, the apartment was perfect for us. Very nice communication with the host! If you want a good central stay in Volda. Choose this place :)

Vi nød vores ophold på Irenegaarden og kommer gerne igen. Lauvsted er et eventyrligt sted, det er let at benytte færgen til og fra Volda. Huset er hyggeligt indrettet, især nød vi den overdækket terrasse og saunaen. I huset er alt hvad du kan have behov for, ellers kommer Frode med ting, som du ikke engang selv vidste du stod og manglede. Lauvsted og omegn er smukkere end smuk og byder på alverdens naturoplevelser. Frode og Silje er de perfekte værter og nogle helt ualmindelige imødekommende og venlige mennesker.

Het uitzicht is indrukwekkend, prachtig! En huisje is praktisch en huiselijk. Kneuterig eigenlijk ook, wij houden er van. Goede communicatie met de verhuurders. We hebben een boot kunnen huren om heerlijk mee te varen op t fjord. Ook een leuk avontuur!

Cozy room with everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful view and quiet environment.

This Airbnb was meant to be the highlight of our Norwegian trip, and even though it rained and we had high expectations of the view, the view did not disappoint. The view was absolutely incrediable and if you have the chance to stay here, we cannot speak highly enough of the property and Ingar and Liv. My parents needed to know whether there would a coffee machine, and Ingar and Liv went above and beyond and sent us the English instruction booklet for their specific machine. We also got to meet them as they were nearby and we had such a nice chat. We hope to be back one day! 10/10!

Une vue splendide dans un appartement confortable, paisible et très bien orienté. La nature est magnifique ! En bonus, nous avons apprécié les puzzles et jeux présents.

My son Alex was the actual guest and here is his commentary on his stay (since Airbnb doesn’t allow him to write a comment himself). Spoiler alert : it was a very good experience ! From Alex and Marilou « Our sincere thanks to Venise & Gaby for their warm welcome to this comfortable, carefully decorated tiny house, full of personality. 
The view over the fjord completes the magic already offered by the cabin. Moreover, we were able to enjoy the surrounding mountains and snow-covered forest during a wonderful walk. And Gaby offered to take us by car, giving us all the advice we needed. This is just one example of the many times they were there to help us make the most enjoyable experience possible. As an added bonus, we were able to taste their homemade beer, served with small snacks. It was perfect for a little Halloween movie night after the sauna !
 So we recommend it without hesitation »

Geweldig verblijf aan het Hjørundfjord, prachtig uitzicht over het water en de bergen. Anders is een erg fijne host die veel tips geeft, en ons zelfs zijn eigen gevangen vis uit het fjord heeft laten proeven! Ik raad het zeker aan!

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon - everything from useful hiking suggestions, quick to bring us anything we needed, to a magical hotpot experience! We couldn't have asked for more out of our stay of from Venise and Gaby. The location was perfect for accessing the less known hiking spots but still with those spectacular views, as well as being close to the ferry so it was easy to hop over to Volda. It was peaceful and we loved the views over the water, and we made good use of the fireplace for cozy evenings. Don't be put off by the road near by, there is very infrequent cars so you hardly hear anything at all!

Kjempefint og sjarmerende hus 😊 Godt utstyrt med det en trenger for å bo. Litt avsidesliggende sted, men med bil er jo ikke det noe problem! Herlig med badestamp 👌 Traff aldri verten, men lett å kommunisere med henne på melding, hun svarte raskt om det var noe vi lurte på. Oppholdet anbefales av oss, vi bestiller gjerne igjen om vi skal til området ved en senere anledning!

The place is nice to have relaxing time, everything you need is around, you can get it from downtown just few minutes of drive, there is halal restaurants

Words can’t describe how beautiful this place was. Surrounded by tall mountains that can be seen easily from the large windows inside the house and as you step outside, one side of the house has a view of mountains and a waterfall on the other side. The house was very spacious and very clean upon arrival - it also had all of the required amenities. Hilde was also very responsive when i asked her questions . We stayed for three nights but i wish I had booked a longer stay at this place. Would definitely recommend this place to others who are visiting Norway and hope to stay here again in the future 🙂

En fantastisk hytteopplevelse! Vi har hatt et fantastisk opphold og vi er utrolig fornøyde! Fra det øyeblikket vi ankom, følte vi oss velkomne og komfortable. Hytta var skinnende ren, ryddig og veldig godt vedlikeholdt, med alt vi trengte for et avslappende opphold. Beliggenheten var perfekt for oss, med vakker natur rett utenfor døren og gode muligheter for både turer og avslapning. Vertskapet(Lisa og Hallbjørn) har vært helt suverent – de var hjelpsomme og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte❤️. Deres oppmerksomhet på detaljer gjorde virkelig en forskjell. Anbefaler på det varmeste til alle som ønsker en uforglemmelig ferie. Mvh.Adrian
