It is located in the heart of Valpolicella classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The suite has a King size double bed, sofa-bed, kitchen, dinning table and bathroom. There is a separate entrance and another entrance leading to common areas: atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection.

The newly renovated apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a third room with the possibility of setting up an additional single bed (extra). The kitchen is spacious and bright. Various appliances and utensils are available, including a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee mocha, etc. The climate is self-contained. There is a private garage 7m long and 2.60 wide.
