The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Please read the description 🌸 🚭 The old farmhouse dates from the 1700s. An old family farm. We live on the farm with our 2 dogs. You have a modest apartment on one side of the building, measuring 55 m2, with space for 4 people There is a hallway, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a living room. There is an enclosed terrace for the apartment. ❗️Note the bathroom and toilets are above the courtyard. Dry-closet for the night Dogs are very welcome. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with a duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing pad in the bathroom. Take the windows is not the fly in. You put on your own linens.

Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Entire home for yourselves, which consists of 3 rooms in the old school, where you have a completely renovated bathroom and you have the large industrial kitchen with all the facilities available and a living room. Sit outside if the weather is good and enjoy breakfast overlooking the apple orchard. Take a stroll in the 360 m2 greenhouse or play badminton or table tennis (by appointment) in the old gym.
