Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

A modern kitchen area is showcased with sleek blue cabinetry and a stylish hood above the stovetop. Light is filtered through large windows, illuminating the workspace. A doorway leads to the bathroom, while a wooden chair adds a touch of warmth to the space.

Near beach, lovely bedroom, South balcony

In a pretty 1930 Art-Deco building with elevator, a small two-room apartment of 35m², with a very sunny balcony. Comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped for two people, One bedroom with 160 double bed and its very comfortable mattress. Two televisions with Netflix streaming etc. Soundproofed and air-conditioned apartment. Equipped kitchen (and Nespresso machine). Bathroom with large shower, marble effect. Possibility of free baggage drop-off in case of an early arrival or late departure.

A bright living area features two gray sofas positioned around a low coffee table. Natural light filters through large sliding doors that lead to a balcony with sea views. The modern space includes light-colored walls and minimalist decor, enhancing a relaxed atmosphere.

Fabulous seafront 4 rooms flat

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Stunning flat with sea view & garden/ Promenade

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!

Maud's home is so cozy and has a familial feel to it. Everything was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. She was very responsive and helpful during the checkin process and finding somewhere to park. Thank you again for assisting us with the dinner reservation!

Nico's place is super well equipped (washing machine, ironing board, and lots of kitchen tools and appliances). We had everything we needed and the apartment was very comfortable. Nico is super responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed positioned across from a television. Large glass doors lead to a terrace with panoramic sea views. Natural light fills the space, accentuating the light-colored walls and wooden flooring.

We loved our stay here. The view from the large balcony was beautiful. The place was very clean and looked better than in the pictures. Very close to the tram for quick and easy transportation around town. It was our second year renting an Airbnb from David and his team and we were very pleased both years.

Michelle and Julien’s place was spotless, newly renovated, and fully stocked for our stay. The views from the balcony are unmatched and the place has amazing access to nearby attractions, transit, and restaurants. We’d definitely stay again!

Where do I begin, the whole place was amazing and we will be back again! It is now my new favourite place to stay. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. There’s also a train station near by to travel through the towns if you are moving about. The boho decor was to die for I loved everhthing. The host was very responsive to all our questions even the silly ones ha. I HIGHLY recommend to stay, you won’t regret it :)

Nathalie’s place is in a wonderful location with easy access to shops, markets and theSea. The elevator was perfect for getting the luggage to and from the apartment, but the stairs are also wide and not too steep. The living area is huge with 3 couches, lots of windows for air flow. We loved relaxing in the big room. The kitchen is nice for prepping food from the market, utI wouldn’t want to cook a full meal. Also, the counters are much higher than I was used to but manageable. The beds were comfortable. We loved how much light was in the space! Even on an overcast day, you had a ton of natural light. I would stay here again.

The place is as described and pictured everything is modern and updated . It is large enough for a family of four and generally a relatively larger place for what you typically find in Europe.. The floor plan is great . Has everything you need. Location is perfect . Good views . The check in and check out times are also good. The host Francois was great and responsive. Overall a great place . No complaints throughout our stay.
