Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

The two-story accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. A holiday home (approx. 125 m²) in the old town of Memmingen with a small garden and an almost secluded terrace, only a few hundred meters from the train station and the center. Cafés, restaurants and a REWE market are just a few minutes' walk away. A private car parking space is available to guests free of charge. The house is fully furnished and offers both holiday guests and business travelers everything they need to feel comfortable, even during a longer stay.

Romantic journey back in time in a historic cheese dairy

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.
