You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The listed half-timbered house on the coast of Western Pomerania was inhabited by the local miller in 1830. It had many faces until it was completely renovated by a lover from 2001-2005. He attached importance to working with original materials and restoring the original look. At the same time, he equipped the house with wall and floor heating, sauna, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. He combined historical ambience with modern living comfort. In the attic there are two apartments.

On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000m2 plot, where you can park your cars.

I provide a 60m2 apartment located on the top floor, south-west oriented with a large balcony overlooking the seaside district. The apartment is equipped with the necessary equipment. A separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room will be optimal for two. I provide one parking space in the underground garage for the apartment.
