Our apartment is located on a peninsula in a unique location - from one side only 100 m from Lake Neuwarp, from the other side only about 80 m from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and relaxed walks by the water. In our small town you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. A supermarket is located only about 500 m from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.

The Birkenhof includes several hectares of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The stable building is ideal for families or small groups. The stable building can also be rented together with the farmhouse and washhouse.

The Bootsmannshaus has a very individual furnishing, which we brought from trips around the Baltic Sea. The private NORDICSPA, consisting of a Finnish sauna and a hot tub, lets you relax wonderfully. Just like in Finland, heat with wood.
