Poštovani gosti! U privatnoj kuci u Vodicama iznajmljujemo studio apartman 2+1 ili 2+2 (za dvoje manje djece). U okviru apartmana je bračni krevet dimenzija 160x200cm, trosjed na razvlacenje 130x190, stol te kuhinja. Osim toga u kupatilu ima perilicu rublja. Ima i klimu, wi-fi, TV. Ispred apartmana je natkrivena terasa sa pogledom na more, ima rostilj, parking ispred kuće, a market sa osnovnim namirnicama u prizemlju kuce. Plava plaza i centar grada su udaljeni 400 m. Dobro došli!

Cozy apartment near the city center (5 min walk) and the city beach (10 min walk). The main Bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It has a balcony that is connected to the apartment. The parking in front of the house is free and spacious. The use of air conditioner is free. Alongside apartment Lea we have the apartment Lu that is located just next door. In case of one apartment being occupied it is possible to reserve the other one.

10/10 in every way! We had an incredible time at The View Vodice from start to finish. It was one of the nicest houses I've ever stayed in, let alone rented. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable. It has everything you need and much more - brand new finishes, very comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and all the appliances and tools you can think of. It was sparkling clean. The outside area / pool / outdoor kitchen is a dream come true. The house is perfect and we never wanted to leave. Niko was very friendly and responsive throughout, from start to finish. He helped us by giving us recommendations in the area and hooking us up with a nearby restaurant to have dinner delivered. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Wir waren aus einem familiären, leider nicht so erfreulichen Anlass in Vodice, aber Katica und Davor haben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Beide sind herzlich und gastfreundlich, man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Auch die persönliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung – statt einer Schlüsselbox – hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war bequem, der Wohn- und Essbereich geräumig und gemütlich. Auf der Terrasse unter dem Olivenbaum konnte man wunderbar durchatmen. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, und der Ortskern ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Grundstück war praktisch. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für uns gewesen, aber auch ein ruhiger Rückzugsort, um einfach mal abzuschalten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you
