Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

Perfect place for families who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spacious, perfectly equipped house, with a large swimming pool. The host brought fresh bread and rolls during the stay, which was super cute. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely come back! Thank you for everything:)

10/10 in every way! We had an incredible time at The View Vodice from start to finish. It was one of the nicest houses I've ever stayed in, let alone rented. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable. It has everything you need and much more - brand new finishes, very comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and all the appliances and tools you can think of. It was sparkling clean. The outside area / pool / outdoor kitchen is a dream come true. The house is perfect and we never wanted to leave. Niko was very friendly and responsive throughout, from start to finish. He helped us by giving us recommendations in the area and hooking us up with a nearby restaurant to have dinner delivered. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive and welcoming, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

Stunning view. It was so nice there. Everything is within walking distance and the beach is only a few 100 meters away. You had your peace there and the host was always available. We will be back next year. 😍

The villa, the pool, the location and everything provided was totally perfect. Set away from the busy tourism areas but close enough to easily get to Split, Krka national park, Trogir and the many amazing beaches. We had an absolutely brilliant time, thank you Ivana.

Hosts were extremely proactive and arranged airport drop off and pick up. Close to town, bakery and supermarkets. Quiet location and a fabulous view. Would highly recommend!

Alen’s villa was absolutely perfect. Exactly as described, great location, very walkable with great local restaurants. Communications were very proactive. We were introduced to Petra, who handled our booking from the time of check in. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely will book again for my next trip to the Split area!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Josip was a great host communicated very well with us. Whenever we had questions he answered quickly. Very friendly guy. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, nice views, great air conditioning, table tennis, darts boards. Can’t complain at all, only thing is you do hear the planes flying in and out but honeslty we didn’t care and it only happens a few times a day. The villa makes up for it! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious villa. Also need to add you are about 30 mins from split but bolt and uber is easily accessible so not bad at all.

Fantastic house close to everything. The house was exactly as pictured. Maya has been helpful throughout the process and given us all the information we needed. She has also been easy to reach if we have had any questions. We would love to visit the house again!

We were a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler. It’s not easy to find accommodation with three king sized beds all with lovely en suite bathrooms. Luksa’s villa was absolutely fabulous in this regard. The swimming pool was lovey and we used it every day. There was a range of pool ‘toys’ available including a ring for toddlers and two big inflatable rings and a beach ball. The pool table was well used and there was a good range of games and toys for all age groups. The villa is well equipped. The location suited us. A fair range of restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance and we also walked into Trogir although it was hard going in the heat! A car is not essential but an advantage. All in all, we would highly recommend Luksa’s house.

I would highly recommend this lovely villa. We were a party of 6 adults, each couple had their own area/ apartment, and then the outside areas for socialising were lovely. The bbq was a real hit with us, and was well used! The sea access was an absolute gem, we spent a lot of time in and out of the sea with good access via a jetty, like your own private beach! The pool was another lovely addition… We wanted a quiet and peaceful location, which it was, and being close to the airport was a great advantage, the planes weren’t an issue at all. The hosts were very respectful of our privacy and were there if we needed them, and communication was excellent. Would recommend a visit to Trogir, only 10 mins drive away, a lovely place to visit for a few hours with great bars/ restaurants etc… Thank you Jelena and Sveto we had a superb holiday..

Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfectly prepared – the house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were available every day and were thoroughly cleaned by the host every morning, which we really appreciated. All appliances worked flawlessly, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked – we didn’t miss a thing. The house had fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room, which made even the hottest days comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant – extremely helpful and kind people, always ready to offer advice or help if we needed anything. My friends and I were truly impressed with both the house and the overall experience. An extra bonus was the stunning view – a perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended, and we definitely hope to come back in the future!

We spent a week in this beautiful villa with a pool in Croatia and it was one of the best trips of our lives! The house is exactly as in the photos – and even more beautiful. Spacious, modern, perfectly clean and fully equipped with everything you need on vacation. The biggest attraction was of course the pool – daily morning baths, relaxation by the deckchairs and evening sunsets overlooking the surrounding hills were real magic. But what really sets this place apart is the hostess. Very nice, cordial and extremely helpful – from the first contact until the very departure. She took care of every detail, was always available, and at the same time unobtrusive. She made us feel not like guests, but like friends. We wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a holiday in a beautiful place, away from the hustle and bustle, and at the same time close to charming towns. We will definitely be back

We’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world but this one is definitely a favorite. We were sad to leave and wished we’d stayed longer. The interior is gorgeous, the exterior is stunning. The pool, ping pong table, and outdoor kitchen are amazing. The house was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

A stunning villa in a breathtaking location. The fittings and facilities were first class. Dino&Sandra were incredibly responsive to all our questions and gave great local recommendations. The ability to quite literally jump into the sea from the jetty was worth the price alone! We loved this place and our stay and hope to return.

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

We (family, 2 adults, 3 kids (16, 14, 11)) have spent a wonderful week in August in the beautiful location. Great swimming pool. Everything very big, tennis court in good shape. We would definitely come again. Be aware it can get hot, as there is no AC.

We loved the Villa and Vodice and would highly recommend. We were two family’s so 7 of us and it worked perfectly. There is a road directly outside the villa that you can walk along and the small amount of noise from cars did not bother us after a day. We used the pool nearly everyday, used the bbq and the games provided at the villa. Local restaurants you could not fault especially at Tribunj marina 15min walk. Also a favourite was Strikomans the other way on the coast. Easy to get taxis or Uber should you need as well and the villa is within 10mins walk to a big supermarket, the villa had a couple of bikes that helped with this. Would highly recommend staying here and Marina who was on hand should we need anything answered was great. We will be back at some point.

The house is delightful, even better than the photos. Well equipped and very comfortable for our family of 5 adults (one sleeping on the sofa bed which was fine). The courtyard/pool are secluded and perfect for just chilling. Located in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the old town and all amenities. Well stocked shop and the nearest beach just a few minutes walk. Mondena is a great host, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She provided the most comprehensive set of arrival instructions and arranged airport transfers for us which we greatly appreciated as we arrived after midnight after a long journey. She was also flexible with our check-out time. Thanks Mondena! Recommend a ferry trip to neighbouring island of Ugljan (great value at 4 euros/person). We also drove to the Plitvice National Park, which is spectacular (car-hire at the bus station just 5 minutes walk from the house).
