In close proximity to the historic city center, yet in an oasis of peace and greenery. Ideal space for creative or romantic souls. The owner is a guide to Šumava - he will be happy to give you travel tips or personally accompany you to the mountains. You will get to know the nature, stories and history of the places you pass through - forests, meadows, rocks, streams, extinct settlements and houses. The house has practically everything you need. The accommodation serves not only as a place to rest, but also as a place for mental work and concentration. Organic coffee is part of the stay :-).

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Three houses - Pear

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Apartment U Slunečnice

The apartment is 55 m2 and is located on the square in Husinec in the heritage zone. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed and a separate bed, a living room with a corner sofa is connected to an equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet, bed linen and towels are included. Free Wi-Fi and parking. The historical center of Husinec is the birthplace of Master Jan Hus and the town's heritage zone. There are a number of sights in Husinec and in the surrounding area.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Chalupa Mojkov

A peaceful place on the edge of a picturesque Šumava village at 850 m above sea level is a destination that will bring you the pleasure of traveling, relaxation and breathtaking views of the landscape. Our cozy cottage is ideal for families with children or for a party of enthusiastic tourists who are looking for nature, adventure and want to discover the fairy-tale world of the Šumava mountains. From us it is a short walk to all known and lesser known Šumava locations, on foot or by bike.

This spacious family apartment is nestled in the heart of Český Krumlov’s charming historic center, making it the perfect base for families or small groups. Unconventional accommodation in a renovated, wood-paneled caravan. Not a fully discovered part of Šumava, the eastern foothills of the Boubín mountain. Beautiful, clean and original nature without the influence of agriculture and industry. A sauna is available for a fee. Barbecue is possible. The price is for the entire unit. Pets are not allowed due to other guests.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
