Ein sehr schönes Haus direkt am Seeufer gelegen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und verfügt über alles, was man für einen entspannenden Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es wird auch eine Grundausstattung wie Kaffeekapseln ( Nespresso), Mineralwasser und Gewürze usw zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See, sowohl vom Garten wie von dem Balkon. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abseits vom Touristentrubel am Hafen. Es ist nur per Boot bzw zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Inselbus hat eine Haltestelle oben im Dorf 10 Minuten Fußweg) und fährt nicht nach unten. Ein absolutes Ruheplus. Im Ort oben gibt es eine gute Metzgerei und einen Supermarkt, 2 Restaurants und 2 Bars. Floriana ist eine äußerst zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit der man sich sehr gut unterhalten kann. Das Haus ist perfekt für Zeit des Abschaltens, der Erholung aber auch für Wanderer. Da der Garten vollständig umzäunt ist, kann der Hund frei herumlaufen

Vista spettacolare - soprattutto per chi vuole staccare dalla città. Molta luce in casa, peccato la non possibilità di aprire le finestre grandi.

This accommodation was excellent for trip to como. It was equipped very well and I had everything what we needed. Also, our dog was welcome and they love their garden. I can we recommend Sophie and ivans place 100%. It was very beautiful and we enjoyed it.

It was indeed a pleasure staying at Marco's chalet, in serene surroundings. Spacious with a great garden, and the house had all it needed

Beautiful place, gorgeous views of the lake, responsive and welcoming hosts. They allowed us to check in early. We didn’t have a car which made grocery shopping a little more difficult but public transport was easy to navigate. Plenty to do nearby (hiking, biking, kayaking). Near a busy road but the noise was never bothersome. Incredible views, we spent most of our time in the porch appreciating the serenity and beauty of the lake.

After a little difficulty finding the right place - sat nav took us elsewhere! - we spent an idyllic 14 nights at Villa Daniella. Would highly recommend it. Luca and his mother, were at hand if needed.

Paola é un host amichevole e super disponibile. Pulizia in linea con una casa di campagna. Location e parte esterna che valgono assolutamente il prezzo dell’alloggio. Perfetto per organizzare feste con tante persone.

Eine schöne alte Villa in Traumlage direkt am Wasser - mehr geht nicht

4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Hunde hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Barbaras Haus. Besonderes Highlight war der riesige Swimmingpool. Auch der Pizzaofen in der geräumigen Küche und der Grill wurden gerne genutzt. Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung waren top. Die Lage auf dem Berg, mitten im Wald mit riesiger Rasenfläche -also angenehmem Luftaustausch bei schwülem Wetter am Lago- ist schon unique. Schöne Spaziergänge im Wald, mit reichlichem Sichtkontakt zu Rehen, Hirschen und Wildschweinen, sind möglich. Da nimmt man gerne auch die kurvenreiche Fahrt runter nach Stresa in Kauf. Barbara selbst, aber auch die guten Geister Malu mit Lebensgefährten, machten uns den Aufenthalt zudem äußerst angenehm. Summa summarum ist dieses Urlaubsdomizil ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Wir hoffen auf den nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Angela's place was very clean and modern with a beautiful view. Angela was very responsive, particularly around local travel tips. The location was a bit of a walk to town (not unanticipated), Angela showed us a short cut and also provided a number of Taxi contacts, who were very responsive.

Die Villa liegt super schön und ruhig. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum. In der Villa ist genug Platz & jedes Schlafzimmer (Doppelzimmer oder vierbettzimmer) hatte ein eigenes Bad. Der Außenbereich ist groß und wunderschön. Wir haben dort unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Einen Pizzaabend müsst ihr buchen, einer der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das, dass Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Uns hat es wenig gestört.

Weekend trascorso con gli amici in questa splendida villa. La casa davvero bellissima , particolare e curata nei dettagli. Location rilassante, bellissima la piscina in mezzo al verde.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi in questa villa a Mombaruzzo! La villa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Il paesaggio che la circonda è mozzafiato, immerso nella tranquillità, perfetto sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. La piscina è perfetta, pulita e ben mantenuta, ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Il personale è stato super super super super disponibile, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Tantissimi servizi a disposizione che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio questa villa a tutti,un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo!

Elisabetta was certainly a Sparkly Host! She warmly welcomed us and enthused about the villa and surrounding area. She gave us many excellent tips about where to go and where to eat. The villa itself surpassed our expectations, providing ample accommodation for our group of 21 including 9 grandchildren. The villa is exceptionally child friendly. with plenty of age appropriate toys, lovely pool and table tennis. There were loads of tables and chairs, giving a variety of places to eat, both inside and out. We were celebrating four big birthdays, 40th,30th,30th and my 70th. This was a fabulous venue for such a gathering. The surrounding area around Lake Como is stunning, with excellent walks and outstanding mountain restaurants ... Do follow Elisabetta's recommendations. We enjoyed a truly magnificent holiday in Barni.

Eine wunderschöne Villa am Lago Maggiore mit Pool und vielen Outdoor Möglichkeiten im Garten. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene Personen und hatte genügend Platz für alle. Leider ist der Zugang zum See nur mit dem Auto in 10min möglich. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Erlebniss!

Die Villa Diletta ist sehr schön und idyllisch gelegen, man kann ein Weingut in der Nähe besichtigen (sehr schön!). Außerdem kann man in kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, die sehr lecker sind. Es ist vielleicht gut ein Auto für Ausflüge zu haben. Die Besitzer der Villa waren wirklich sehr nett und haben immer Tips gegeben oder geholfen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und obwohl die Besitzer im selben Haus wohnen hatten wir sehr viel Privatsphäre und Space für uns. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Wir waren da für 3 Nächte, die Lage ist perfekt für Entspannung und Erholung. Das Haus war blitzsauber und super Ausgestattet. Die Eigentümerin hat immer schnell und sehr freundlich auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher alles sauber und bequem. Villa Giorgio war ein kleinen Paradies, danke euch!

One of the best houses I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful house and a gorgeous garden, that had lots of space to hang out and walk around in. The kitchen was very well equipped, and when I was missing dishwasher tabs they provided them right away. Contact with the host went very smoothly and they helped us wherever needed. I will definitely be back here some day!
