Bolara 60 is a traditional rural stone house (about 250 years old and now beautifully restored) near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The kućica is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our guesthouse (the kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the forest and Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn.
