Large 32 m2 studio on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, modern, recently built unit at the lower level of the host's house, with a private parking space. Floor heating was really nice. The ski resort of the Semnoz is just a 15min drive. There's a mall at Seynod 10min away. The hosts were super nice and friendly.

Exceptional location with lovely lake views and absolute calm. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

Incredible stay with Yann and his family, in a peaceful environment. The accommodation was spotless, accessible, well-equipped and comfortable! We were in the area for a wedding, but we will come back to enjoy the lake and mountains. Thank you again for this stay, and we are delighted to have received the visit from Tokyo one evening!
