Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
