Cozy apartment, located less than 1 km from Itapuã beach (10 minutes walk), and less than 500 meters from the largest shopping mall in the state, Vila Velha shopping mall (5 minutes walk) the building is on a busy avenue, it does not have a garage, but there are wide streets with easy parking. The apartment is on the third floor and access is via STAIRS, but nothing that detracts from the experience.
