Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offers one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

We offer a comfortable 100m² duplex villa with a private pool and courtyard, equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet rustic area, but at the same time only a ten-minute drive to the Old Town of Kotor.
