Villa BeleVita je novi objekat koji se nalazi na prekrasnoj lokaciji 5 km od grada Đurđevca. Smještena je u oazi mira i tišine te netaknute prirode. Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica ville iznosi 5000m2. U sklopu vile nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem i Jacuzzijem. Gosti imaju pristup dječjem igralištu kao i opremi za roštilj s vanjskom blagovaonicom što ovo mjesto čini savršenim mjestom za obiteljski odmor i razonodu.

Ovaj prelijepi novi stan se nalazi u centru Virovitice u blizini svega što bi moglo zanimati vas i vaše suputnike. Pogled sa prostranog balkona se prostire na samo središte grada. Stan ima sobu, dnevni boravak, king size krevet i trosjed na razvlačenja. Kupaonica je moderno uređena. Grijanje je centralno plinsko, a za hlađenje je ugrađen klima uređaj. Stan ima frižider, kuhalo, kompletno opremljenu kuhinju, a svaka soba ima moderan smart TV.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Frissen, stílusosan felújított apartman a történelmi belváros és az egyetemek (BTK, ÁOK) között félúton, 10 perc sétatávolságra mindkét városrésztől. Az apartman atmoszférája egyedi, minden apró részletét igyekeztünk ebbe illeszteni. Jól felszerelt, Nespresso kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikrohullámú sütő, mosogatógép, hajszárító szolgálja vendégeink kényelmét.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
