Close to nature house close to lake and city.

Enjoy in this peaceful, newly renovated house with forest and hiking trails close to the plot. Wi-Fi is located in the house. In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 3 km from the house is Borås golf club. You also have the proximity to central Borås which is easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.

Fresh bathroom with shower and own washing machine as well as iron. Wifi. Private entrance. Located scenic. Large nature property. Chickens are in the yard. The guesthouse is located 30 m from the residential building. Access to a patio, arbor and garden. Located in the country close to nice hiking trails. To swimming lakes it is about 2,5 km. Bikes and canoe can be rented.

The beds are made but please bring towels. TV. Bathroom with shower cabin. Outdoor furniture on the terrace. Walking distance to fantastic swimming and fishing lake, 2 km approx. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lake and the close to nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!
