Welcome to Glädjens Hus which has been in the family Lindahl's meadows since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had this amazing house built. Today, there is a balcony that guests share and with views of the inner city and inner harbor. The apartment has 3 rooms and a kitchen of which 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each .A kitchen with seating for 4 people

Kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds. The garden has several patios. The convivial fishing community Lickershamn is a vibrant boat harbor with restaurant, kiosk, bangolf, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Virgin, the island's highest rauk.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Cycling distance to Själsö bakery, Salthamn and Lummelunda cave. Nice bike path all the way to Visby. It takes about 10 minutes by car or bus to Visby.
