Cozy little studio apartment in a courtyard house with a shared patio and a private barbecue that has evening sun in a protected location. A short walk (500 meters) away is the inner city with its characteristic ring wall and only 700 meters away is the eastern center. Older bicycles are available for rent. NOTE: Almedal Week is only rented for a full week! Studio room with kitchenette, single beds (different levels, see pictures). Access to laundry room right outside the front door. Party groups are not allowed as this is a quiet family home.

Completely renovated and fresh apartment with all amenities (combined washer/dryer, bathroom with underfloor heating and shower, dishwasher, & built-in hot air oven with microwave. Balcony with afternoon sun and a large playground just outside that has a perfect view from the bedroom window. There is Chromecast and Wi-Fi. Grocery store & small town center with pizzeria/café and good bus connections to the city center in about 15-20 minutes. Or take a walk of up to 30 minutes.

Huset har 5 lägenheter 2 mindre och 3 större till huset hör en balkong som har morgon och kvälls sol och som husets gäster delar på.En oas till trädgård med många olika rum att sitta och avnjuta en frukost lunch eller middag eller bara koppla av lite.Grillen går mycket bra att använda och Lusthuset välkommen till GLÄDJENS HUS

Welcome to rent my cozy 2nd which is a 5 minute walk from Visby ring wall. Here you live centrally in a quiet area but close to the pulse of the city. Bus connections to the island's all excursions nearby and free parking for those who visit the island by car. As a host, I am happy to offer you my best gem tips, was born and raised on the island. If you want to enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner outside, there is outdoor furniture in the courtyard. Warm welcome to book ☀️

Quiet neighborhood, central location

Calm and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.

We have a large garden that you can use if you wish. Mysig 1:a mitt inne i Visby medeltida innerstad. Nära till allt, ruinerna havet shopping restauranger botaniska trädgården strandpromenaden och alla gränder med sevärdheter. 2 separata sängar, 105 och 90 cm bred. Rök djur och party-fritt boende. Passar gärna äldre. Åldersgräns 27 år. Du har nära till ICA och stora torget med massor av bra restauranger.
