Cozy flat for a single couple or a limited friends to relax, can do a quick cooking and enjoy the holiday. A 5 minutes walk to the beach, Vuda park and various attractions of the beach road like the museums, food courts, street food as well as good restaurants. East to reach out to the markets, Inox, railway station and bus complex. The flat is located in the second floor with a lift facility and the colony is very peaceful with no traffic sounds.

A gem of a place with Wifi, big parking space, fully private, garden, pet friendly and only a few steps to the beach. Mr. Kumar is a wonderful host. He was already there to greet us. Very responsive. Suggested good eating places nearby. Property was very well maintained, easy to find, lovely location and justified the price completely. We could stay for one night this time but will love to stay again in future. A big thankyou ❤️

An amazing place to stay near RK Beach. Located at Nowroji road,RK beach is at a walkable distance(less than half kilometres ). Jagadamba junction is also at a walkable distance (approx 1.5 km). Public transport was easily accessible because of the location. The apartment is located at a peaceful residential area. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Kitchen had all the utensils and accessories to cook. Although the apartment is on 1st floor, lift access was there. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Srinivas ji was always approachable and responsive. Local eateries are at a far location and I had to use Zomato. Except this everything was excellent

This place is very clean and professionally managed, everything is taken care of well. The apartment is very well maintained, and all required things are in place, including utensils etc. Bharath is proactive, he ensured we were settled well, and called a couple of times to make sure we were taken care of. Also, there is a manager available all the time to help with anything needed. This place is also close to major attractions so one of the best places to stay in Vizag. Had a wonderful time.
