Welcome to Villa Lagom. A charming house in the village centre of Virserum – Småland. With a beautiful lake and a nature reserve on walking distance. Here you have all facilities nearby, but at the same time the peace Sweden is known for. From the garden you walk directly into the forest. During wintertime you can go skiing at the ski-slope, which you can see from the house. During summer there are several mountainbike and running trails you can do. From spring we will rent out our canoe.

Slappna av och njut i detta unika och nybyggda boende (2023) vid vägs ände i djupaste skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till vilsamma stunder att se på djur och natur genom de stora fönstren, till gemensam matlagning vid spisen, insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur och detta hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats.

Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Mysig stuga på sjötomt med egen brygga och båt

Huset ligger i en fantastiskt lugn och vacker miljö vid sjön utanför Nye där du har tillgång till egen brygga och båt. Njut av en båttur och utsikten över sjön från den stora altanen. Bara några minuter bort finns badplats, café och kiosk. Sommaren bjuder till bad, fiske- eller båtsutflykte är det vinter kan du njuta av lugnet vid (eller på) isen. Vi finns i Smålands trädgård där landsbygden till stor del behållit sin karaktär som man känner igen från Astrid Lindgerns berättelser.

Dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, fullt utrustat kök, tv, dvd, (ej Wi-Fi) grill finns. Upptäck gårdens alla höns och 2 katter. Plocka ägg och njut av frukosten med utsikt över åkrar och skog. Ca 2 km härifrån hittar ni sjön Maren där man kan bada. Det tar ca 45 minuter att köra till Astrid Lindgrens värld.

Lantlig stuga i småländsk idyll

Thomas heeft ons geweldig opgevangen. Enorm flexibel, biedt ontzettend veel hulp. Komt met leuke uitstaptips, veel folders in het huisje. Je voelt je enorm welkom en we willen heel graag nog een keertje terugkomen! In het huisje is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Niets is te veel moeite voor Thomas en zijn familie. De omgeving is ook prachtig. Paarden in de wei voor het huis, de kippen en de haan van de buurman maakt het ook landelijk. In de omgeving veel wilde dieren gezien, elks, veel hertjes, roofvogels. Zeer grote aanrader!

We have had such an amazing week here. Henning and Gustav are very attentive hosts. the location is so memorable, perfectly peaceful and so beautiful. For us it was paradise and an antidote to our daily hectic lives. We certainly hope to return. I think although the photos are representative of this lovely house, they do not do it justice! It's gorgeous, inside and out. Thank you to all of you for making our stay with you so memorable.

Det var et særdeles vellykket ophold i Kajsa sommerhus. Der var det vi havde brug for. God ro, privat, nærhed til attraktioner i småland. Kajsa var utroligt god og venlig. Sørgede for mere end vi kunne forvente og det hele var utrolig nemt. Vil anbefale hendes bolig til alle .

Laila og Ola har et smukt, originalt og hyggelig svensk landsted tæt på naturen. Her er stille og fredeligt og du kan koble helt af. Vi blev hjerteligt modtaget og følte os hjemme og trivedes i det hele taget under hele opholdet. Hytten var større end forventet, med veludstyret køkken og flot udsigt i alle retninger. Vi skulle dog selv lægge sengetøj på sengene og transportere noget affald til nærmeste genbrugsstation i byen. Vi lejede også en kano til en nærliggende sø - skønt. Kan kun anbefale stedet og værterne :-)

Das kleine rote Häuschen ist so liebevoll renoviert und so gemütlich eingerichtet, dass wir uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt haben. Die Betten waren bezogen und wir mussten nichts vorbereiten, perfekt. In der Küche hat mir besonders gefallen, dass es verschiedene Gewürze und scharfe Messer gibt.😊 Laura ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, schnell zu erreichen, super freundlich und immer zu einem Gespräch aufgelegt. Ich war schon traurig, dass wir nur 3 mal übernachtet haben. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Småland kommen, möchte ich wieder dort übernachten. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Laura, die uns die schönen Tage ermöglicht hat. 🥰

Lovely home in Virserum with WiFi

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus von Carina verbracht und uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist wirklich sehr viel an Ausstattung vorhanden, sogar Spielsachen für die kleinen , ein Grill, Feuerholz usw. Carina hat sogar nochmal per SMS nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Super. Die Einrichtung ist ein guter mix aus Modern und Retro. Bei den Bildern hatten wir erst bisschen bedenken , aber alles war absolut sauber und hat zum Charme des Hauses gepasst. Der Preis war in der Nebensaison mehr als fair und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
