We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Spend the night in this tiny house on a quiet island in the Vinkeveense Plassen. A special place where you spend the night in the middle of nature, while Amsterdam and Utrecht are easy to reach. Ideal if you really want to relax for a while or if you want to explore the city during the day and then relax again. The island is only accessible by boat. For €30 per day, you can rent a motorboat with which you can easily sail to and from the island and explore the Vinkeveense Plassen.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
