The cabin is spacious and can room 3 families/15 people. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, a wine cabinet, 1 coffee machine, 1 luxury oven (De Dietrich) and 1 steam oven, as well as an induction top. There are plenty of utensils for cooking including plates, glasses, and cutlery. There is a large lounge centrally in the cabin as well as an additional TV room, which makes it easy to retreat a little if there are several of you together. There is a separate room for your ski apparel including ski shoes and helmets. The sauna has space for 4-5 people. Electric car charging is available. The cabin is energy efficient and uses geothermal heating with hot water in all floors. Normal consumption should not exceed an average of 100 kW per day. Consumption above this is paid additionally. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.
