Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Nice modern apartment of 50 m2 for rent. The apartment is located in the middle of the ski slope on the front row with amazing views. The apartment is fully furnished. 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with double bed with room for 3 people. Bedroom 2: Storage room that has been converted into a bedroom. Here there is a bunk bed and room for 2. Cramped and best suited for children/adolescents The couch in the living room is a sofa bed. Can also be used. On the terrace there are tables and benches, so that the view can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Cozy 18th century barn has been converted to a cabin! The cabin is located right by the water in quiet surroundings and has lovely views of Raulandsfjell and Totak's banks. Simple standard, with running water and electricity, kitchen and bathroom. The cabin has an outdoor toilet/composting toilet. Easy access by car and short distance to hiking terrain. There are ski slopes and sandy beach just outside the cabin. Bed linen is not provided but can be rented for NOK 100 per set. Pets are not allowed on the furniture but are to stay on the floor.

The nearest shops are 10 min away by car to Rauland city center. Perfect location for activities both winter and summer. It is located in the same yard as our main cabin that we also rent out. 1 h and 20 min from Trolltunga.
