This is a guesthouse, nestled in the backyard of a primary residence; 6ft fencing surrounds the tinyhome, providing both privacy and security from the main home and neighbors. Free street parking, a separate entry path, and smart locks make it easy to come and go.

There is a covered back patio and deck with a grill. Located near restaurants, parks, entertainment, and easy access to 285. Go Braves!

9 minutes to Truist Park! This private, sunny guest house is minutes from Truist Park and walking distance from downtown Smyrna shops and restaurants. Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
