We had a great stay! The place is clean, modern, well equipped and new. The host and staff are terrific - from our first initial contact to checkout they were pro-active, responsive and helpful. We did have a parking snafu while there and they were on top of it - handling it very professionally and really helped us out! This is a great place to stay in Atlanta!

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

My friend and I needed a place to stay for our extended trip, for a concert at Truist Park Stadium. This place was the perfect fit, with the stadium being a 6-10 minute drive and a grocery store just down the road. My favorite part is that there isn’t too much traffic noise or other normal city noises. Also to note: I’m a lighter sleeper and slept peacefully the whole stay. That is always a win in my book. Would definitely book again if I come back to the Smyrna side of ATL in the future.

Good location, most things are within 5min drive radius, also walkable to some restaurants and banks. Quiet and natural gated community, well equipped kitchen with basic essentials. If there is a table in the room would be better since the stool chair is a bit short to sit by the counter, other than that it is good

I really enjoyed staying here and love the area it is very quite and relaxing abut still close to everything, the host was very communicative and made are stay even better ! I will definitely be returning back!

Great location - walking distance to Lenox Mall and many restaurants. Note - this is not downtown Atlanta, this is in the upscale suburb of Buckhead. Very safe neighborhood. We walked 1.3 miles back from a wedding at the Atlanta History Center at 11PM with no concerns at all. Lux was very accommodating and incredibly responsive. We had an issue with the A/C and it turned out to be a building wide problem. Lux contacted the building and got back to us very quickly. Apartment was very clean, good hot water, average water pressure in shower. Kitchen was adequately stocked (plates, glasses, mugs) but probably not equipped to cook a major meal. Walking distance to a metro stop that connects with downtown and the airport. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at this property was excellent. The unit was spotless and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. It was close to all the attractions and activities we had planned. Jeremale was a great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Definitely would stay again. Place is within walking distance from the mall & many other popular shops & restaurants. No a real need for a car. checkin & security gates were through an app which made it easy as possible. The place looked even nicer than the photos & was one of the most well stocked airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Kiera was always around & responsive with any questions. Again definitely worth it.

Honestly words can’t describe this is my best experience with Airbnb along with best experience with the host ! Communication was everything Mr Gregory was amazing and truly understanding. I loved the location. There were scuffs on the wall in sure from previous guest but overall the place was clear great area . He even recommend food places and we tried one 10/10

Safe, secure and simple. We had a problem with the internet in the bed room, got easy help. Will say the photos make the area seem a bit bigger than it is, however it is perfect for a couple on a getaway from home. Felt safe and comfortable even with other renters in the other apartments. Do you own research on excursions! Everything was clean. Super quiet, which is perfect for people from a loud city. Georgia is a spacious state so definitely have a rental car. Gas is great however so it wouldn’t be super expensive. Spent under $80 in 5 days.

An urban dream! Ariell’s beautiful, pristine apartment is exactly as pictured and yet feels welcoming . The apartment was a spacious and relaxing oasis to return to at the end of my busy work days while in Buckhead. On-site, included parking is a big plus and the building is not only sparkling clean, it’s safe and secure with incredible amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, outstanding retail, and bars are all within a short drive or Uber ride as well. The apartment building is on a well-travelled road. So expect some road noise when staying here. Ariell was quick to respond when I messaged with questions. There are fragrance plug ins in the apartment. If you’re sensitive to fragrances like I am, you may want to ask about them ahead of your stay. Ariell was understanding and accommodating in that I was able to unplug them and place them in a cabinet until I checked out. I would stay again and much preferred Ariell’s apartment to a hotel.

We enjoyed our week at Jess’s place. Very spacious. Super clean. Nice touches that I really appreciated. She was very quick with responses and super helpful. Bed was comfortable!!! Love our stay!

Mike and Vince were excellent hosts. They were both very responsive. The apartment is super nice and conveniently located near the Braves stadium (which is why we were in town) The process of understanding how to get through the gates, parking, the door to the complex, and the door to the apt, was a bit complicated, however, Mike was always quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it for sure. 👍🏼

As an Atlanta native, I booked this stay for a quick change of scenery and was very pleased with the experience. The check-in process was smooth and clearly outlined, with helpful photos to guide the way. The space matched the description and photos exactly. It was clean, quiet, and private overall, no complaints.

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.
