Main building features two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a charming glass veranda with a dining table. Decks facing southwest and east. Additionally, two newly built guesthouses offer two beds each and private sun decks. Air conditioning is available in all buildings.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

I närområdet finns bad- & barnvänliga sjöar med sandstrand, Yasuragi, Skepparholmen, Långa Raden. En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

(ca 60x60m) Nice and calm region in Norrnäs close to Rindö and Vaxholm; view on passing by ships. Groundfloor+attic=65sq.m, 5 sleeping places (+4 cots-200kr/person per night), porch 30sq.m. Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car.

Mysig liten stuga i Stavsnäs by. Nära till natur.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, mysiga boende. Bara tre minuter bort finns strand och hav. Promenera runt i byn och stanna eventuellt på det lokala bageriet. Huset har allting man behöver för att kunna bo i det året om. Det går bra att parkera intill huset. Man kan även ta en direktbuss från Slussen som tar ca 50 min. Därifrån är det bara en fem minuters promenad. Där bussen stannar finns även en Ica. För mer information om boendet, tveka inte och skriv :)

Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
