A lovely host, beautiful view and cozy house was perfect for our weekend getaway for 10. Outside area was amazing we loved the fire pit.

We had a wonderful break away! We had everything we needed at Alex’s home and it is so easy to get to all the beaches and attractions! We would definitely go back! It’s wonderful to find such a gem that allows pets! Thank you Alex!

We enjoyed a terrific family holiday at Mel and Alana’s place in Vincentia. The house is in a great location, not far from beaches. It’s spacious, with plenty of room and v well set up. Mel and Alana were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Rebecca was wonderful with her communications, she gave us all the information we needed to explore Jervis Bay. Rebecca's house is in an outstanding location, just a short drive to the beaches and shops. The house was as we expected, very cosy, peaceful, with amazing water views! Perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset and sunrise over the water. Also, the kitchen was equipped with most things you need. We absolutely fell in love with this place and hope to return. Beautiful place in beautiful Vincentia. Chrissie & Graham's place is perfectly located, free from clutter, sparkling clean and has what we needed for a comfortable long weekend exploring the Jervis Bay area.

Robin kindly accommodated our booking made at the last minute which we greatly appreciate. The house was beautifully presented and had everything we could have needed including a beautiful garden and outdoor entertaining space that we loved. The house is right on the beach and the sounds of the ocean and water view were made for relaxation, just what we needed. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to ammenities but away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely look to rebook with Robin again in future.

What a lovely property. Great views and easy access to the waterfront area to go for walks and enjoy being outside. The description and photos were so accurate to the property. Lots of board games to keep us busy during the periods of heavy rain we encountered. Easy access to the various attractions that are in the surrounding areas.

Had an amazing weekend away here. Located in a quiet and beautiful area, the stay had plenty of space and matched the listing - if not, exceeded expectations! Chris and Therese were fantastic hosts, very responsive and hospitable. Looking forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Proximity! Although the weather was not so great, we felt cozy and comfy and were just able to chill out inside. Sophie was a great communicator, answering our questions quickly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Thankyou again for our lovely stay.

Loved to stay and felt like being home in Debra’s cute tiny house, where you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay including a well equipped kitchen corner and bathroom equipment. When opening the fridge we were surprised by delicious food for breakfast. The apartment is very clean and everything lovingly arranged. The location is great, lot of thing to do around in Jervis Bay, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Debra is a wonderful host! She is always reachable and gave us a lot of tips for trips in Jervis Bay an surrounding. Can highly recommend to stay in Debra’s little cute beach shack!

This is a beautiful and tranquil location and the apartment is beautifully located - we watched the sunrise and the stars at night nearly every day. Jenny and Bill are lovely friendly people and very experienced Airb&B hosts. Don’t hesitate - book before someone else does.
