Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vincennes

Highly highly recommended, the Host is very friendly and warm, quick to respond to booking inquiries, and answered my questions.Waited for us in advance when we arrived, took our luggage, prepared a welcome gift, and introduced all the facilities in the house and how to use them, helped us move our luggage downstairs when we checked out, and then gave us macaroons as a farewell gift.Also, because we wanted to cook, the Host made a special trip to buy us oil and water.The house is located 30 minutes from the main attractions of Paris (such as the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe), RER can reach directly, very convenient.You can walk to a Carrefour in a few minutes.The town is quiet and we all had a good rest.If I go back to Paris, I will definitely come back here and recommend it to all my family and friends who are coming to Paris.

We had a very pleasant 5 nights! The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to groceries and metro and within 30 minutes of the main sightseeing spots in Paris. The co-host, Raphael, was very friendly, responsive and helpful and told us how to get to the place and even let us check in early! The place is cozy with all the amenities and would highly recommend it.

Camille communicates very well, answering queries promptly. The check-in and out timing were perfect for us . The apartment is on the 4th floor so bear that in mind when you book. Bedroom at the back so quiet and peaceful, even with window open. Her one bedroom flat has a soul, not your typical clinical furniture. Bakery is opposite , supermarket one minute away. Metro three minutes away… ideally connected. So in a nutshell, an awesome place to stay in Paris.

The apartment is stunning, even much better than the great photos. I immediately felt at home. The location is great as well. Most importantly, the host was very kind and always responded very fast to any questions. It’s not easy to find a good airbnb in Paris, but this one exceeded my expectations.

Our stay was lovely from our first day all the way through to end. César was extremely patient and kind during our exchange ahead of checking in despite how much I may have bothered him about being able to check in early. The apartment was clean with everything you needed in various cupboards. It really felt like a home away from home. Most importantly the shower pressure and temperature was impeccable and perfect after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood is delightful and makes the 10-15 minute walk to the train station seem so much shorter. Roughly 20-25 minutes into Paris on the Metro. For those with children there is a lovely park and playground nearby. We had a lovely lunch at Pizza del Piano on our first day and the food was great with an even better price tag. Can’t recommend enough. Can’t recommend César and his home enough!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful surroundings close to Paris. Everything at your disposal: all necessary household utensils and nice furniture, amazing decoration, shops and restaurants nearby. Strongly recommended

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

The space is very cosy and in pristine condition, Liqing made sure everything was in order and walked us through how to use anything we inquired about. The yard is also very clean and pretty 🤍 The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. One of our best Airbnb experiences! The house is tastefully decorated, very functional and the environment is very quiet. Ideal with our two young children. We were worried that the crib might fit into one of the bedrooms and Frédéric took the time to measure the available space and push the bed before we arrived. Besides, Frédéric is a really great host: responsive, interesting and generous. We'll be happy to go back! From now on, this will be our base during our next visits to Paris!

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.
