Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Inside the heart of black forest mountains, Unterkirnach is a small but wealthy,clean,peaceful and “postcard-view” town. This house is located in the outskirt of the Unterkirnach town center and walking distance to step into the mountains and forests. Outside the house is pure nature and inside the house is modern decoration. PS: Owner lives in another town close by, the entire home will be handed to you while you check in. You can call the owner if some emergency help/support is needed.

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

The apartment is in the middle of Villingen. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and technically updated. It is located a few minutes walk from the Central Station. This connects the Black Forest Railway from Konstanz to Karlsruhe. Freiburg can also be reached directly. So that the Black Forest as well as Lake Constance can be explored perfectly. The parking garage is a 5-minute walk away and offers space for a daily flat rate of €12.
