A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Shopping facilities are located in the village. The surrounding nature offers beautiful hiking and biking trails. The apartment is flooded with light in the morning sunshine and it stays nice and cool due to the sun's path and darkening. Ideal working conditions and the right temperature for a good night's sleep.

With this unique home, all the important points of contact are nearby, making it easy to plan your stay. The studio stretches over 2 floors to the Villingen city wall. A lovely covered terrace as well as a direct parking space complete a perfect stay. Particularly noteworthy is the central but still quiet location with the special charm of an old building. A supermarket, hairdresser, restaurants, the city center can be reached in 3 minutes.

A small Black Forest getaway for 2-3 people right in the heart of the charming community of Brigachtal. The Black Forest is a picturesque region known for its natural beauty. In Brigachtal and its surroundings there are many activities that you can do. You could take idyllic walks, trips to picturesque viewpoints and waterfalls. In addition to the natural experience, the Black Forest also offers cultural activities and attractions.

Apartment 5 min to the city 5 min to the countryside

5 minutes from the centre and 1.5 km from the train station. The 2024 built flat is part of a detached house on the edge of town. It's a good point to start a walk in the Black Forest, for example to a celtic tomb. Villingen's city centre is medieval. The city is protected by a wall and many houses are built right into it.
