Petit studio tout récemment rénové avec un clic-clac et un grand meuble de rangement le tout fait sur mesure . Coin cuisine complètement équipé . Studio situé plein Sud au centre du Fayet à deux minutes à pied de la gare TGV et du départ du tramway du Mont-Blanc ( déservant le départ de nombreuses randonnées y compris l'ascension du Mont-Blanc ) . Les Thermes du Mont-Blanc sont accessibles à pied. La télécabine de Saint-Gervais est à quelques minutes en voiture ou navette .

Ideally located in the district of Fontanettes, you will have business (bakery, restaurant, ski rental and ski lifts). A free shuttle is also available to go to the croisette and / or heather (less than 10 min walk). Access and return of the ski area directly by the slope in front of the apartment (Slope of the boyes).
