We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

We had a great stay. Very cozy home with lovely terrace and garden.

The house is very cute, very well-equipped and as in the photos. Julien was also very responsive and kind. Only small downside the check-in and check-out times (check in 5pm and check out at 10am) seemed very fair to us... Otherwise everything else was great!!

Staying in the villa was just the holiday we needed as a big family with small children. The house was spacious and plentiful and the children very much enjoyed the outdoor area to play in the garden. Aude was a welcoming host, who really made us feel welcome and easy to get in touch with.

The accommodation offered by Séverine is of very good quality, the cleanliness of this one is impeccable and the accommodation is very complete in terms of equipment, we really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation, we will return with great pleasure as soon as the opportunity arises!

We were totally delighted with the apartment – especially the garden was an absolute dream! Our children had an incredible amount of fun, because they were really thought of: there were many toys and employment opportunities, so they felt really comfortable. The provider was extremely friendly, communication was smooth, warm and helpful. Also the neighborhood was very nice and pleasant. Within walking distance there was a small bakery where the owner greeted us with great warmth – and the sweet pastry was simply delicious! We would 100% recommend this place without hesitation!

I recommend it without a second thought, the hosts are welcoming, extremely friendly and always available. I'm not talking about this beautiful place, extremely exotic on the outskirts of Paris. You want to recharge, go there without hesitating!

Overall the place was great and as described. Was super hot when we were there, but there are a bunch of fans so that made it OK. We were a large group so it worked out great. We were warned that there may be some painting and flooring still "under construction", there were, but it did not effect our stay at all. Would have liked to take advantage of the back yard, lots of trees and plants, etc but was too hot and outside bugs were crazy this time of year.

A wonderful villa in a great location. You could spend your whole vacation here. The hostess was helpful and friendly. I suggest to everyone! Thank you, we will definitely come back again!! ❤️

Fantastic family house in Champagne region! A real gem - has everything you need, is modern, spacious, secure and clean. Only regret was we should have stayed longer!

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well arranged. Outside, children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.

blandine is very available and adapts to all circumstances!!!! The accommodation is well located; very clean, very accessible with all the necessary amenities! the private lounge with sound system allowed us to celebrate the anniversary of our friendship and have a sublime time The jaccuzi is simply!!! i highly recommend the villa and blandine is simply a wonderful person mmmm from Paris!!! We stayed with 12 adults and 3 small children in this gigantic house which had all the comforts. There was more than enough space for everyone and there was more than enough to do! A gem in the champagne and highly recommended!

Ideal for a good time with family and friends. Cottage that can accommodate several families. The heated pool, Nerf court, children's slide and the space make it possible not to get bored and enjoy the great outdoors with the children. Everything is there, the houses are also very well equipped for cooking for so many people. The rooms are spacious and you don't step on each other despite the number. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to meet up with several families. We had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful weekend with colleagues in Thomas's house. Everything was perfect: -The exchanges with the host very responsive and concerned about our comfort. -SELFcheck-in. -The huge, clean and quiet house, with an exterior conducive to relaxation( swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong). -The bedding is very comfortable. - Recommended places nearby.
