Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Villepinte

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage mit Kind in der tollen Unterkunft von Patricia & Frederic verbracht. Patricia hat uns den besten Weg mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel am Wochenende nach Paris mitgeteilt und wir hatten auch viel Entspannung im Whirlpool und Sauna zwischendurch nach den anstrengenden Tagen im Disneyland. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons eu un très bel accueil. Léa a été réactive et à notre écoute. On a passé un séjour incroyable! Un endroit magnifique dans la nature près des animaux, avec une surprenante visite de la mascotte. Hâte de revenir pour voir les futurs avancés de leurs projets. Encore merci pour tout! 😊

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Quel endroit coquet, calme, paisible et sécuritaire. Les hôtes sont extraordinaires, dévoués et humains. Le logement est situé à 35 minutes de CDG en après-midi et 17 minutes très tôt en matinée. J’ai adoré mon séjour, j’y retourne d’ailleurs dans 2 mois !

Great place to stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucies House. Very quiet residential area. Close to supermarket. It actually has three toilets, extra one at the basement. It is wonderful. Parking is good, my large suv fit in, although it is a bit of a tight fit through the gate. The house is very big with room for everyone. The kitchen is well equiped. Very close to CDG airport. Highly recommend if you stay in paris.

Maison calme et très bien situé pour ce qu'on avait à faire (déplacement professionnels), proche des commodités (transport, commerce), chambres spacieuse et confortable ainsi que les espaces commun, l'hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement ce logement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix

J’ai passé un super séjour ! Le logement est très propre et l’endroit est très joli, très agréable. On se sent en sécurité et à l’aise dans ce petit havre de paix. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et amicaux. C’était un plaisir ! Merci !

We absolutely loved this apartment. Everything we needed and didn’t know we needed was supplied. It was comfortable and felt like a home from home. The location was perfect and a short walk to a train station which gets you pretty much anywhere. The host is brilliant and went above and beyond being helpful. Recommended a full itinerary. It was a very special trip for us and Julien was instrumental in making it so.

Appartement en excellent état et conforme à la description. Nous y avons passé 10 jours et n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons pu cuisiner à notre goût et avons bien profité du salon pour écouter la télé le soir. Le quartier est tranquille avec plusieurs épiceries, le métro, et la station Vincennes du RER A en moins de 10 min de marche. Le balcon donne vue sur un parc où on peut voir des familles et des chiens y jouer. Enfin, les instructions pour accéder à l'appartement étaient claire et Leïla répond rapidement, encore merci. Je recommande définitivement.

2 nuits dans ce joli studio pour mes parents, ils ont adoré ! Ils ont pu facilement se balader le long du canal de l’Ourcq et la Gare du Vert Galant n’est qu’à 2 pas de l’appartement. J’ai effectué la réservation pour eux compte tenu des commodités voisines que je connaissais, ils n’ont pas été déçus. Le studio était très propre à mon arrivée pour le check in, j’étais agréablement surprise du calme et du cadre que celui ci propose. Pour une courte durée ou une nuit calme "loin" de la ville, je le recommande. Merci à l’hôte pour sa disponibilité et pour la confiance. À bientôt !

Everything was perfect. Very close to Disneyland, 10 minutes by Uber. We will be back with pleasure.

Paulo m'a transmis un livret extrêmement complet sur le logement plusieurs semaines avant le séjour. Il a pris soin d'écrire également plusieurs jours avant le séjour. Il est très disponible et réactif

My family and I booked this place for two nights because of its location just outside of Paris and proximity to the CDG airport. It’s in a secure, gated apartment complex and includes a parking stall, which was very convenient. We did a day trip into Paris by parking at the train station in Goussainville and taking the train in. It was an easy and affordable ride. The apartment was clean and spacious, with two good-sized bedrooms, large beds, and a big pull-out couch in the living room. It had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. We didn’t explore Le Thillay town itself, but we spent some time in nearby Goussainville for food and groceries. I would recommend this place as a good home base for visiting Paris or catching a flight. It's comfortable, convenient, and well located for short-term stays.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.
