Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Villeneuve-Loubet

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

Amazing stay at Valerie's place! It is just such a cozy & beautiful place in the mountains above Nice (you definitely need a car). The Appartment has everything you can ask for. Communication with Valerie has been excellent and Valerie and her husband are just the nicest people. The view from the pool is stunning! Highly recommended and thanks for everything! Best, Tobi

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the large patio doors and balconies overlooking the ocean and the Promenade were spectacular. The unit itself was modern, clean and well appointed. The location was central with great walkability. It was truly fantastic. The host was very communicative. We would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

4.75 out of 5 stars. The rental has a great location in the old city center of Antibes. Good restaurants, bars, and shops are all around, but the rental was quiet and peaceful inside during my 4 night stay. Note that you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the unit. But Sebastien was kind to help carry luggage for me. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good, although the rain shower overhead was broken during my stay. But Sébastien helped me with getting a clamp so I could attach the hand wand up high. My main nitpick was that there were not good instructions in the online information for using the washer/dryer combo unit. I got the washing function to work ok, but drying was a hassle so I just hung things for air drying. If you’re going to use the washer/dryer, make sure you ask for help at check-in. Check in and check out are both in-person with old school physical keys provided for the building and apartment doors. I would definitely stay here again. Great value!

We spent a week here and it was fantastic! We had breakfast on the patio each morning, and wine and cheese before dinner. There is a store within walking distance. From the apartment we explored Villefrance, Monaco, the Monte Carlo casino, Eze and all of Nice. It was walkable into old town, other restaurant districts and the beach clubs, but if older it may be taxing its . We did it often because enjoy the walk and worked off all the food and wine. We took Ubers into places wanted to go for day trips, but there is a bus right in front of the property if want to cut costs on rides. The apartment was clean and very cool downstairs with kitchen basics. The bathroom was beautiful and also spotless. The bedroom was a tad warmer, but we pointed the fan to the bed and fell right to sleep after long day and late nights. There is a washer with dryer below the apartment and it was great going home with clean clothes. The entire trip was perfect and staying here made it even more great!!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Un immense merci à Alexandra pour son accueil chaleureux et sa bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La maison est absolument magnifique, très bien entretenue, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Elle est idéalement située, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région sans contrainte. Tout était réuni pour passer un séjour des plus agréables. Ce fut un véritable plaisir de loger ici, et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et espérons avoir la chance d’y revenir !

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Upea asunto jossa on iso kattoterassi ja mahtavat maisemat. Asunnossa olisi viihtynyt helposti pidempäänkin. Asunnolta käveli noin 20 minuutissa Cannesin rantaan ja keskustaan. Majoittaja oli mukava ja antoi selkeät ohjeet. Suosittelen tätä kohdetta kaikille Cannesiin matkustaville.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. pratico e comodo. bella piscina, buon campo da tennis. box doccia non troppo agevole: ristagno dell'acqua e chiusura. sala scarsamente illuminata. led assenti (peccato perché in foto erano stupendi). mancava un lenzuolo per il divano letto ma non abbiamo chiesto visto che per 2 notti ci siamo arrangiati comodamente. 1 asciugamano a testa un pò risicato ma visto il breve soggiorno non è stato un problema.

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Bu imkanları sunduğu için Judy ye çok teşekkür ederim
