Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

We had a wonderful stay at Rina & François's. They are very friendly and gave us a very nice welcome. The place was a great fit for the listing. The accommodation has a beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden with lots of flowers. The air conditioning was much appreciated during this hot period of June. All major shops are nearby and the city of Cannes and its beach are a short drive away. Overall we would highly recommend this place and would definitely return for our future stay in Cannes.

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

Great view of the sea, with sunset and sunrise. Private parking with door. Supermarkets within walking distance, small but comfortable apartment. We absolutely recommend the place.

A fantastic location. To do different activities. Very many are a short distance away. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/ bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely unobstructed. The reception is warm, lots of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

We had a very good week from June 14 to 21, Anne, me and our dog Priscilla. the house is very comfortable and functional and very quiet. the pool is particularly large (12 m) for a rented accommodation. Good location for sightseeing which is very interesting with great villages! Bernard and Sophie were available throughout the stay. We recommend. Anne and Pierre

Near perfect place all around- location, pool, comfort. Could use a curtain separating bedroom from bath and thicker blinds.

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up from the train station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)

A fantastic apartment. Ideal to explore the French Riviera and Provence from a quiet, fixed location. Vence is easily accessible on foot. The view is wonderful. In the apartment we did not miss anything. Very nice also the pétanque square and the swimming pool.

my review: It was simply a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were fully equipped and very clean. We received clear instructions and throughout the entire process, the communication was kind and detailed, with helpful recommendations. After we got off the bus and started walking toward the property, they came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. They were always smiling and helpful—it was a great experience for us. We saw suprise gift on the fridge: prosecco, cola, and Fanta. The view was amazing, and it was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to nature. Thank you very much for the opportunity! my partner: I can’t say any negative thing of this apartment, it was perfect for me. The furnishings of the apartment are wonderful, the view was perfect and the communication and kindness of the owners is outstanding. I really appreciate the care and the sophistication. I was a great time full of happiness for me.

Listing as described. A beautiful view that allows you to fully enjoy the terrace. Amenities available: umbrella, beach seats.
